Nice class. I find a difficult to relax my neck most of the time. For example in child pose, when 3th eye is on the mat, how do you find a comfortable position for the neck? 🙏🏻

This session brought such a huge emotional release for me, I was crying and healing emotional wounds all the way through the video. Thyroid issues often come from a fear of speaking up, a fear of being in your own power, and it my belief that it can be improved just by learning to love ourselves and forgiving those who made us feel like our voice didnt matter.. Kassandra has taken yoga to a whole new level, teaching yin for different issues, body parts. I really appreciate this, as I feel I need to restore my body first; then, I can strengthen muscles, etc. Yin yoga is wonderful after one has experienced trauma. Even without much energy, I can still do an hour or more of yin yoga.
Absolutely amazing. It feels so often that mainstream yoga of only hard poses and fast paces has taken over (not that I don't love Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow) and I love that in your yin classes I can take a moment to enjoy the pose, feel the pose, reconnect with myself and breathe into the pose instead of running to the next. I did this yoga this morning! And I just came back to this video to comment that this really works! I was not having my periods and the acne was getting so bad because of it but after I did it, I got my periods at night and now I feel much better! Thanks! I’m gonna continue doing this 💜
I did this once as my first foray into yoga (trying to heal adrenal/HPA axis issues). I didn’t know what to expect but I certainly didn’t expect to feel as much of a difference after. I was astonished at how calm and at peace I felt. I am now addicted and do it every single day at my lunch break. It has improved my HRV in just a week and I know it is going to be the key to my healing. Thank you so so much🙏🏽

Admittedly, I am not a fan of yin yoga. Being stuck in one pose is stressful to me as I'm claustrophobic. However, after having a really bad bout of flu last week and still feeling fatigued and weak, I decided to give this a try. Wow! I actually got up from the mat energised and feeling better than I had in 2 weeks. Thank you for sharing this practice. I'll definitely do this at least twice a week from now on.

I have to modify most of the poses because I can't move my body that agiley but I still find a lot of value in stretching even if in a modified way!

I have inserted implanon in my arm for contraception. After having that I’m always feeling fatigue, lazy, headache & stress. Only after 1st time doing this I’m already feeling energised, positive & headache is gone. This is my 3rd time doing this i did it 3 days straight before going to work. Thanks for this! I was having a really stressful day at work and couldn't do work out to unwind as this was my designated recovery day. So I decided to do this. By the second pose, I could already feel my facial muscles relax - it was an amazing feeling, like that feeling of getting the nasal passages unclogged. I really enjoyed this practice. I've been doing yin yoga consistently for about a month now. I've been doing a lot of shadow work and inner child healing and unfortunately been dealing with a lot of insomnia. I've really enjoyed all of your yin classes and they have not only helped me release physical tension, but also helped me release a lot of emotional stress as well.

ive been having chronic fatigue. even after sleeping for like 10 hours, I feel sleepy after eating breakfast and would continue to sleep some more. I did this sequence and suddenly my fatigue is gone. its like magic!!!! thank you so much :)

I was having a really stressful day at work and couldn't do work out to unwind as this was my designated recovery day.
So I decided to do this. By the second pose, I could already feel my facial muscles relax - it was an amazing feeling, like that feeling of getting the nasal passages unclogged. I also almost fell asleep doing the laying spinal twists 😂

I needed my favorite yin for hormonal balance and adrenal fatigue after a grueling day of emptying students’ lockers into bags to arrange in order for pick up and pushing textbooks around all day as we close the school down. Always eases my endo-system.

I absolutely love yoga in general, but specifically Yin and restorative. When I was younger I did a bit of Hatha and Vinyasa. I am finding that with my mental health, these Yin/restorative practices are wonderful. I particularly liked this one - thanks very much! Namaste 💗🌵🕉️

Thank you for this. I'm in a stressful situation that took a turn for the worse recently and this was exactly what I needed. I felt really lousy when I started, and even most of the way through, but now, about half an hour later, I feel considerably less lousy, more grounded and calm. I've been following your videos for a while and love your clear and direct approach.
