Thank you for this! I was having random acid reflux, even when I didn't eat. I took some probiotics on a whim and I haven't had it come back. Now the past few days I had this headache that just kept coming back, and today I started my cylce. I never used to get awful headaches before my period. So I figure my hormones must be out of whack. Your video was the first to pop up and address so much! Thank you again!
Good video - I don’t poop as regularly as I should even though I eat healthy but our blender broke and was having healthy smoothies daily then stopped - but exercise is good too

Good evening ma, I have my test done and it says estrogen 55.70, progesterone 0.152, Fsh 3.20 Lh 9.01, PRL 222.9. pls ma what does it mean because my breast is paining me with hotness in my back and my right hand itchy me alot, what can I do ma? Thanks
Since the time I was maybe 14 I started getting thick dark chin hairs. It started with one and then turned into so many that I have to keep up with it everyday to make sure my chin is clean 🥲 I’m assuming it’s a hormonal imbalance. I take vitamins daily and magnesium. Use the bathroom up to 3 times in one day (usually good poops, rarely have diarrhea or painful poops) I don’t drink alcohol. Don’t smoke either. I’d say I have a somewhat clean diet. I’ve tried to cut down on a lot of unhealthy foods, drinks and even the stuff I put on my skin. (With lotions, perfumes, washes, shampoos, conditioners, etc). I drink water primarily from plastic bottles and have for the longest time. The majority of my life id say, because our tap water is not the best. We have really hard water where I live. so I’m wondering if microplastics may be at play here. I’ve thought about investing in a good water filter for a while now. 😬 thoughts?
Sometimes it's just genetics. I have the same issue as well and when I was 16 went to an endocrinologist who did some bloodwork. They discovered I was a little hyper-adrenal, but nothing crazy. I was put on a very small daily dose of steroids for 2 years, but it didn't help. I was also given an ultrasound to rule out polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). If it's that they put you on birth control pills and it's supposed to help. That wasn't the solution for me, either. The endo asked my family an important question: does anyone else in the family have excessive hair growth (she listed back hair, upper lip, and chin). My dad admitted my grandmother did wax her chin and upper lip even when she was pre-menopausal, so that basically made it a genetic thing and I just drew the unlucky gene card. Laser hair removal was the most effective treatment in the end for me. I truly wish it was something I could change, but I'm over 50 and still dealing with it.
Ok so I’m 40: symptoms: 1) fool periods 3 times per month ( basically six days of heavy period, few days of a break another six days of period) 2) sleeping 8-10 hours a day though 3) boobs are constantly tender 4) skin rashes Any one what’s up ?
I had a full hysterectomy and gallbladder removal with in a month each n after they add to Hormone replacement n oh boy I started having chest pains they check everything with my heart everything is good but pains on my right side breast n arms n they stop my hormone replacement so the entire menopause just came on a rush it been very hard for me because I have no hormone replacement right now . I am really stuck I went to obgyn , heart doctor, brain doctor because I started having brain fog but they said everything is from no hormones

Thanks for so much information and to the point.b One important question, please advise how much amount of nutrients to take for 50 plus. Appreciate your reply. BTW I have subscribed to your very informative channel.
Amazing! Thank you for this video. I am trying to get my CRP down (1.2). Just started on B1, taking prenatals. Any recommendations to get this number down. I am trying to get pregnant, doing acupuncture as well. I’m taking other supps like coq10, myo-inositol, selenium, magnesium. I look forward to hearing from you and appreciate any feedback.
I ve been medically abused and medically neglected in a red state where I have a neurocognitive disorder at a young age with no help and my hormones in my brain have been totally thrown off depleted declined I have reproductive damage where sometimes I don't know when I am having a menstrual cycle
Would this also be the cause of migraines around my period? I've also been getting them 2 weeks before my period too. They started while I was birth control. I quit about 5 years ago and I still get them. What do I need to do? What kind of doctor should I go see?
Since the pandemic, I have been dealing with a bad case of facial hair. I had laser hair removal a few years ago and everything was okay until the pandemic. I am not sure if it is a hormonal issue now that I am 41.

Try to eat more fiber maybe, green vegetables like spinach, chia seeds (2 tbsp in 1 cup choice of milk, mix, fridge overnight)
Exercise?
Chelated iron is better than over the counter.
Look into gallbladder. It influences potty habits
Cut back on the iron. Too much causes constipation
