  • Massaging the sinuses is thought to help sinus pain and congestion by relieving pressure and helping the sinus drain out mucus. Massaging the areas in relation to your sinuses can relax the muscles of the face and help with the facial pain caused by sinus inflammation as well.
    In this video I will be showing you how to massage your own sinuses at home to get the relief you need all year round! You can preform this self massage multiple times in a day to help with draining your sinuses.
