Fixing Poor Posture in Kids: Essential Massage Techniques
Can massage fix poor posture? Massage can help get your child’s body back on track by reinforcing healthy and natural movements. Massage can relax and loosen the muscles made sore by bad posture, it can also increase mobility and range of movement. This allows posture to return to normal; due to a decrease in restriction and a reduction in pain allowing their body to position itself in its natural-and pain-free-posture

    Thats most ridicolous thing ive heard a drape being clean and not skin to skin what we are made of. If you are reffering to clean,as in sexual then perhaps its you who is disgusting for even pondering the idea and should not be massaging. Furthermore sex is not dirty ass your suggesting its a beutiful natural sacred gift so to even attemot to demonize it is disgusting. You should not be even having the thought inside your head at any piint when giving a masaage or even bringing up that topic. If you have to drape someones body part because it makes it less sexual then its YOU who is dirty not the massage itself. Self projection

      Hello, thank you for watching! If available to do so, 2-3 times a week for 30 min would work great!

    Looks great but what about the valves in your views by rubbing hard towards fingers?

    • @MotionRestoration
      @MotionRestoration 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, massage therapy can affect the valves in your veins, but the impact depends on the specific massage technique and the condition of your veins. Massage therapy can improve blood circulation by helping to move blood through the veins and back to the heart. This can be beneficial for people with conditions like varicose veins or chronic venous insufficiency, where the valves in the veins may not be functioning properly.

    Thank you...after 6 weeks in a big cast after breaking my wrist I have been in pain trying to get my hand moving again. I am still waiting to get into the physical therapy on Tuesday. I hope they will massage my hand, wrist, and up to my elbow because mine is swollen and painful too. I am doing as you showed for myself the best I can. 😊

    I just had my cast removed for a right broken wrist. Thank you for this massage lesson. I have had no prescribed therapy, but told to do some exercises at home. I am, and it hurts. Complicating swelling is that I have had 23 lymph nodes removed on this right limb with breast cancer ( 10 years ago ). I have had my lymphedema under control until this injury. My entire arm is swollen. I've been cast free for a week & am constantly trying to massage the arm. I cannot even come close to wearing my compression sleeve. Do you have any advice? I cannot seem to find information . I am familiar with wraps to reduce swelling but am not sure if it's the right thing to do at this time. My Ortho doc says to just exercise the wrist every hour. I am trying but it is so painful. At least your massage seems to help. I appreciate you. Thank you, Patti dashpanache@comcast.net

      Thank you for your comment, I do have small ones starting to develop on both toes, I am hoping they don't get worse so I do these massages as a plan to slow the progression or stop it all together.

    I just had shoulder surgery with a bicep tenodisis. Very tight and cramped. Would this be ok to do?

    • @MotionRestoration
      @MotionRestoration 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for your comment, yes this can definitely help. You should wait until after you have been cleared by your doctor for treatment (usually at 6 weeks). You can start off light and get deeper into the tendon further on into your recovery.
