    That was one of the best exercises I've done purely because you said when to breath. You are so kind. I feel so much better. Everything was clear and concise

    Please keep doing more videos. It is so soothing listening to you. You give such good advice and to the point. I was in tears. I had no idea that this is so important or that the prolapse only gets worse if you don't exercise properly.

      @@indiraparbhu1350 Regular exercises, such as Kegels, can strengthen pelvic floor muscles and support healing.
      Timeframe: Improvement may take 3-6 months of consistent effort.
      Effect: Can reduce symptoms significantly, but the prolapse may or may not fully return to normal anatomically.
      Also it's very important to address constipation. If required u can use pessary .

    Hi..how long after a rectocele repair surgery can I start these exercises?

    • @ArogyaPhysioTips
      @ArogyaPhysioTips  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@gitaabraham9673 After rectocele surgery, it’s essential to allow adequate time for healing before starting exercises. Generally, light activities, such as walking, can be resumed after 1-2 weeks, but more intense exercises should be avoided for 6-8 weeks or until cleared by the surgeon.
      Pelvic floor exercises, like Kegels, may be recommended after a few weeks to strengthen the muscles, but any straining or heavy lifting should be avoided during the early recovery phase. Always follow your doctor’s specific guidelines based on your recovery progress.

    • @ArogyaPhysioTips
      @ArogyaPhysioTips  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It depends on the degree . As in it's first degree or third degree . It also depends on posture and how much you are following exercises.

    Mam it can affects periods

    • @ArogyaPhysioTips
      @ArogyaPhysioTips  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Rectocele, which is a condition where the rectum bulges into the back wall of the vagina, typically doesn't directly affect periods. However, it can cause symptoms such as pelvic pressure, discomfort, and difficulty with bowel movements, which might indirectly impact your menstrual cycle or make periods more uncomfortable. If you're experiencing changes in your menstrual cycle or any other concerns, it's essential to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

    Rectocele go back to normal after doing this exercise( first stage)

    • @ArogyaPhysioTips
      @ArogyaPhysioTips  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, exercise can help manage and even improve the symptoms of a rectocele, but it typically doesn't completely reverse the condition.You may need a help from Pelvic floor therapist to reverse condition.Pelvic floor exercises, such as Kegel exercises, can strengthen the muscles supporting the pelvic organs and may alleviate some symptoms. However, the extent to which exercise can help depends on the severity of the rectocele.
      In mild cases, consistent pelvic floor exercises might reduce symptoms and improve muscle tone.
      Avoid constipation and straining during bowel movements by eating a high-fiber diet, staying hydrated, and possibly using stool softeners if needed. Maintaining a healthy weight can reduce the pressure on your pelvic floor. Minimize activities that involve heavy lifting or straining, which can exacerbate the condition. A specialized physical therapist can provide personalized exercises and guidance.
