Loved your workout series! But I have one doubt with respect to this video. With the workouts shown over here, is the long head of the biceps covered? Because normally seated inclined dumbbell curls or barbell drag curls are done for the same. Correct me if I'm wrong 🙂
Go for calorie deficit and high protein diet..Body will utilise stored fats for energy and protein will be utilised to build muscle...But i think cycles of bulking and cutting are most efficient in building muscle.
