I’m in good shape in part due to Lauren. I like the variety. I have to skip some moves due to a shoulder and a knee. I don’t like the split stance positions esp where you lower your back knee. I just do something else. I work out three times per week with Lauren. My bone density has improved since I began!

Whew! Did most of it lol. I had surgery on one arm and it gave out during floor exercises. I'm happy with what I was able to do. Always enjoy your different moves. Thanks for this!❤❤
I've been doing this workout everyday for a couple of months - now up to using 3Kg and 5Kg dumbbells. Getting people who enjoy exercising to do a class regularly is good but to get someone who doesn't (e.g. me) is a real achievement. The 'class' includes all the exercises (and some!) that my physio recommends and I am now seeing real benefits. Many thanks Lauren.

After years of high impact aerobics and running to ward off a sedentary job, I now have to protect my cervical and lumbar spine. Your format enables me to work out without overdoing it. So far I have enjoyed all the workouts. Love that they are low impact for my knees. I’m 59 and get most of my cardio from tennis but needed some low impact strength workouts and definitely needed stretching. These workouts are great for both and I love your excellent explanations and tips during the workouts. Great channel!

I finally got up the courage to do your 45 minute kickboxing and like the last one, it kicked my butt. But I did it and I am so proud of myself for accomplishing it. Thanks Lauren, another great workout. I used 5# weights except when shoulder exercises looked as if rotator cuff was going to be worked. Then, I backed down to 3# weights for those. Loved the variety of exercises that you incorporated in a 30+ minute program. My muscles feel like they were worked- in a good way!
