Hi Lauren. Thanks for this quick walking with weights workout. I've been exhausted this week, carrying a 2 year old who didn't want to listen to his Mom-Mom! So he was kicking and flailing, while I carried him down the steps. He actually climbed the baby gate! It's a good thing he's adorable! I don't exactly consider myself a "senior" yet, but I did enjoy this tremendously! I used 5# weights. My upper arms are slightly sore, in a good way! and I burned 334 calories with a 150 bpm max. Thank you. This was so good!
Thank you for mentioning wrist weights. They were great for movements like the alligator & lacing fingers together. Another great cardio workout! I'm never bored.

Day 27, I love the variety of workouts you offer, it ranges from stretching, mobility, Pilate, Yoga, Cardio, Tabata, Kick boxing, strength, barre, dancing, walking, weight loss, the list is endless and there something different for me to do every single day and it never gets boring.

The moves are simple enough for both but even though I’m a senior (71) I have worked out all my life and cardio and weights are not new to me but this definitely challenges me all the same. Yeah - another great morning workout! I used weights that were a bit too heavy and had to adjust but this was fine. Glad to see that your subscriber numbers are increasing. These workouts (and you) are such a gift to body and mind.
Love these tutorials!! The only thing that would make them even better is to have written instructions as well. After watching a video to get the idea I like to crochet when I watch TV with my family and its nice to be able to glance at the written instructions to refresh my memory. This one I wrote down myself
