Other than a few tweaks, I love this home. Perfect garage size for my husband and small home for us. It gives me goosebumps. 😅

I like the house, but that fireplace is way too big. I would most likely opt to not have a fireplace for insurance reasons. Well, and I would never use because I don't like having to clean them.

How do I find a company that will build this in Northern Indiana? Beautiful bldg, I need this in my life.
Faux stone? What material are they made from and they're good for a fireplace surround? The fireplace is pretty and I love the cabinet color.
We use it in certain applications because it is lighter and thinner than real stone. It's base material is cement. Works great around fireplaces.
