This is nice and I love the master bath and closet. You could build a closet in the office later if you needed it for resale purposes. And the enclosed breezeway is a good idea. I'd be afraid of those darker exterior and roof colors in Texas, but it looks great.

Is the vinyl back insulation in the garage cheaper than spray foam? We’re building an 1845 Barndo in Calhoun Georgia, working with sweet Wendy. Also Rob in the NC office.
Could you add an apartment space above the garage in this plan...small bedroom/bath/kitchen and stackable laundry?
