"we want to build your dream home." Man I wish I was in Texas so I could work with you guys. Love that attitude. This style of housing hasn't caught on where I am, but it's definitely up my alley. Low maintenance exterior, "have it your way" interior. I've been binging your walk through content. Keep up the great work.
They opened a new place in Winston Salem, NC and they serve like 9 southern states now.

Black and white outside is so popular right now! Really is a classic and clean look.
It’s a beautiful combination, but I tell you what in the Texas son having a black roof is not a smart idea. We did that same color scheme with a black metal roof here in southern Nevada and I’ll tell you what it gets hot as hell it was a really bad choice in color and we are even contemplating changing the color of the roof just because how incredibly hot it gets in the summertime and I know Texas is just as hot as we are.

Two children sharing a connecting bathroom needs two bathroom sinks....for face washing and teeth brushing, etc .... also need coat closet by the front door....maybe switch closets in bedroom to opposite wall...would give room for coat closet in entry way

Do you build in Fort Bend County Tx? Specifically Beasley, Tx. In the videos you have mentioned 80-90 mile radius and that teeters on it for College Station.

Wish there was more concrete at the bottom instead of metal inches off the ground, and the awnings big enough to be effective. Otherwise I like it.
Bizarre toilet next to exterior door with large window. I assume this was at request of customer. Switching the sink and toilet placement seems a bit less awkward.
