This Build has to be my favorite! We are looking to build and finally I found features that make my heart Beat! Yes! Oh my, that concrete floor! What did you use? That kitchen counter top, is to die for. Not sure I spelled the name of counter top correctly but I got it! Thank y'all so much. We are piecing together what we want and hopefully stick to the budget! Awesome,,,just awesome!
Please tell the camera person to pan around more in the larger spaces. A 1100 sq ft garage and we only got to see about a quarter of it. The camera person really is the one doing the showcasing. A very nice floor plan.
I love the trash drawer, wanted to build something like that in my home now! And WHY??? In almost every build it seems, the stovetop is separated from the sink? I'm handicapped and I couldn't carry a pot of soup or boiling water or whatever from the stove to the sink! I have a 2nd degree burn scar on my leg from that very problem. :( Love these videos, saved one that was just about perfect. Wish you guys did Ohio, lol, & I wish i'd win on a lottery tkt! Hahaha! Fun videos, thanks for sharing!

This is a great layout. You rarely see a coat closet at the entry in a barndo.
The first house they have done with no echo, echo, echo...Amazing what a simple wall in the main room does to break up the sound.
