After you have a shower it's wise to drink something warm so when you are breastfeeding baby then baby won't get a cold. Please don't mind. I am not a doctor but I have many life experiences as a mother:: It's very important to have emotional support from family members. look after your mental health aswell as mothers with young children can get postnatal depression, psychosis, this is why people do shuk/ over think n be suspicious.
