Sugar and packaged food bilkul band kiya no cold drink no maida only home made food khaya portion ko dhyaan mein rakha fixed time pr khaya. Nuts aur seeds Lena shuru kia 1 ghante ki exercise ki daily Sunday ko nhi ki to us din walk Kiya. And no cheat meals jitna jayada possible hua ghar ka khana hi khaya ab tk hi whi sab follow karti hoon
