    I followed her diet a month back, I did as she said portion control but included with intermittent fasting 16/8 . My window was 10:00 A.M - 6:00 pm!! I was 79kg and went to 71 kg within a month and only used to walk that too sometimes as I had a newborn baby with me excercise was exhausting for me but still manage to lose 8-9kg!! I stopped cz of stress being alone to look after the house, and baby. Now, my baby is a little big , insha allah will begin again💗

Lunch : jo bhi salan ghar ma bana ho us k sath 1 roti or ager rice banay ho to six table spoon rice or us k sath salad le le or 1 fruit le le. Or ager fruit nai to 2 dates. Dinner bhi same isi tarah ya to roti le daal sabzi salan anything k sath or ya to 6 table spoon rice.       Dear ager aap 2 slices bread k le sakte ho teeno meals ma. Total 6 slices hogaye. 6 portion. Ok? Ab ager apko kisi meal ma 2 slices nai lene to 1 roti le le. Or ager kisi meal ma roti or slices nai khanay to aap rice le le 6 tablespoons. I hope u got it?

      I have breakfast around 5am 1 roti with omelette or yougurt cup of tea
      1 hour later I do 1 hours of exercise
      From TH-cam the 4d exercise it’s called
      Then go to work and have fruits and porridge at 1pm
      Then at 4pm on my break time I have fruits or green tea
      At 7pm I have a light dinner which can be anything from 1 roti or fish with stir fry vegetables
      Cup of normal tea
      Go to bed around 9-10pm
      In between I drink 1 litres of water
      As you can see I leave about 6-7 hours of gaps between meals
      If you’re going to do this
      Then I suggest you take it slowly at first then increase your meals gaps
      Exercise regularly and stick to this plan 7 days a week for at least 3 weeks
