Dear Leila, I have read many books on culture and core values and I will say with 100% confidence this is one of the best explanation. You rock Leila❤.
@@jordanpowell1402 well, here are 3 top books on culture that can help you if you read them. 1. Principle by Ray Dalio 2.What you do is who you are 3. No rules. Rules.
I knew about each level, but never how they were relevant or what they meant (nor did I bother looking it up). Your explanations are gold. Thanks for this Leila - your content is so valuable.

I feel like you and your husband are matching more branding / topics (business) to prepare the launch of 100M$ Sales. It's literally power couple at scale and I admire it! You leverage your partnership so well, it’s beautiful
Hi Leila , i am probably the first woman in my whole bloodline to ever own/launch my own business and i consider you my mentor , you are a fantastic teacher/explainer . please make more of these videos . i feel so lost sometimes reading some conventional business books . I specifically want to learn the art of managing people as i am now overseeing a small team and i want to bring the best out of them. i hope you know that there are people all across the world who respect you and look up to you . Its 4 am here and your video is often the first thing i watch on most days.
I've enjoyed many of your videos Leila. But this one is my favorite by far! Super engaging and helpful as I start to build my first team. This makes things feel less daunting and left me with actionable checkboxes to check while scaling. Thank you!
Thank you for not saying the word “like” 1 billion times in one minute! I only heard it about 3-4 times total. I watched your whole video and was able to receive the value.
Great insights on leadership through values rather than rules! Emphasizing core values not only fosters autonomous decision-making but also cultivates a culture of leadership within teams, essential for scalable growth. 👏
These ideas are taught to every newly minted sergeant (PO) in the United States Military. So, hire them. Thanks. This is extremely basic leadership and management principles.

The hook was great, and I think you did a good job setting up the story loop in the first 25 seconds. However, it felt like the video ended very abruptly. I know that's better for retention but after you walked through the individual role KPIs, it just ended. It didn't feel like the initial story loop was closed. Which makes the hook & headline seem (slightly) more like clickbait, than an actual introduction to the content (value) of the video. It's like you built a puzzle in front of us and decided putting in the last piece wasn't worth it. I may be in the minority with this perspective. However, if a new viewer shared my opinion they may not return. I know getting views isn't the goal, making real business education accessible is. Which is why I'm ranting in this long ass comment (lol) that it's important to wrap up your lessons (i.e. videos) to make it as valuable and memorable as possible. Don't assume I'm going to put in the thought to connect your final point back to what you first said 15 minutes ago. P.S. Despite everything I said, I love the video, and how you broke down the four levels and how they work together! It'll be very beneficial with my father-in-laws business.

She seems a little bit better at vids than Alex.😂
What books have you already read? Just out of interest?

I don't think 100M Sales will be the next book tbh
@@MozzarellaBasket Yeah. I think $100M Money Models is coming next
I've been in HR the last 10 years and found myself taking notes on the flow/connections you made. Very well done.

Always here to support; past videos of yours have helped me.. tremendously in real, and permanent ways.
I am litterally dictating these words to use in a department head meeting for some "young" staff members... YOU ARE PURE GOLD.
Such a great explanation of core values and really helped me digest the ideas.
This is EXACTLY the video I needed. Scaling a sales organization right now, and this is huge!!

Hey, loved the video and your valuable knowledge, not sure if it was just me but the flare transitions were very disturbing. Love the content tho!🔥

Thank you Leila for the wave. 🏄

This is fire!! 🤘 So good!
Simple, if you can reach the speed the company needs, you’ll get replaced. Meet it or don’t. That is the expectation.
Pure value 🎉
Watch it back to back
Great video! ❤
Absolutely great.

Nice concepts and theories but let's remember that there's a reason why you need a "DO NOT EAT" warning on soap.
