    I found Nicole's workout one day when I am seeking for my weekly yoga/pilates workout.And i found her channel!! OMG it is a life-changing found!I now do her workout 3 times a week.She has 10mins workouts and also 30+mins workouts,those are really good and I can choose them according to my schedule.I really like her workout and I really feel so so good after! :)) thank you !!

    Definitely need more of these!!!! Really amazing routine. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism which makes workouts a must for me. Still, I hated to even think of working out. But, since the time I found Nicole's channel I manage to get myself to work out 6 days a week, constantly juggling between pilates and yoga. Completely love all her workouts because they are so carefully curated to get the body going without making it feel tired. Kudos to you, Nicole!! ❤️

    Having been sat down for too long yesterday at a forum and on trains, this was just what I needed to stretch out my body. I am not a Yoga practitioner, but the way Nicole talks you so clearly through each position it allows you to do the movements alongside and learn what they are called. After a few times through I am starting to feel the 'flow' that is mentioned, but I have a long way to go! Thank you Nicole, I so love your videos.

    This was amazing! So challenging....and now, I feel so great. Energy, blood, oxygen is flowing through my body and yet I feel so relaxed. I really appreciated the balance parts. There is much room for improvement, but I'm doing better bit by bit with each practice. My flexibility has grown thousand-fold since I discovered your videos....and a practice like this one really makes that clear. As someone else said here, endless gratitude for you Nicole. There are not enough thank yous!

    I love this one soo much! Such an amazing full body Yoga workout. My butt & legs hurt and my stomach was constantly engaged, but it didn't leave me exhausted like other hardcore workouts. THANK YOU for keeping me fit, in shape & still relaxed and happy!

    I followed your videos from Singapore to Sydney haha.. I also came across T2 tea in my hotel and I recall it was featured in one of your videos. I am Pilates person but occasionally I will check out your Yoga series and here I am today, good sweat great workout!

    I admire the ability to achieve standing splits/ 1 legged dog such as you do in your video. Not being a former gymnast, this doesn't quite happen for me xD can you suggest which muscle groups I can work on or have any practical tips that can help to get closer to that 1 legged dog and standing splits shape?
