Gidday, great video! keep up the great information. do you have video of how you did the wiring harness? do join all the neutrals together to go to both batteries? thanks. cheers Mark.
sorry mate no we don't we sell the kit as a whole package though. Here is a link to it www.aussiedriftertouring.com.au/shop/toyota-landcruiser-200-series-dual-battery-charger-install-kit
Hi there mate. Any chance of getting a video showing how to wire the BCDC1225D to be able to jump start the vehicle from the aux battery. That would be awesome!
Nuno Ramos hey mate. The bcdc is not able to be setup as a jump start link. You have to use an Sbi12 redarc solonoid or something similar to operates overtop of the bcdc for jump start.
Hi The large plastic shroud and clips you first took off in this video , do you know where to buy replacement clips from, I've lost a few appreciate your reply
Hi peter We don’t have a supplier for the, mate but they are readily available online. @@AussieDrifterTouring hey mate I bought a kit of you a couple of years ago that was for the 200 series, as the DCS lithium batters are rated for under bonnet use would the two wires on my kit be able to easily connected to change it to lithium?
@@russellleigh6473 hi russell, yer it can be changed easy the green and orange wire just have to be connected together. We can talk you though it if you want to give us a call. The wires will be located in the harness about 300mm from the charger.
Hi Philip. Only on vehicles with a variable voltage (smart alternator). The landcruiser has what’s called a temperature compensating alternator and therefore the blue wire doesn’t have to be connected to ignition mate.
hey mate i cant be 100% sure of models in the us but it would be best to check the redarc instructions for the bracket and make sure nothing is mounted on that location. here is a link to them www.redarc.com.au/Content/Images/uploaded/BCDCMB-001%20Installation%20Manual.pdf

@@AussieDrifterTouring Sure mate. I have an old Voltech 100A isolator that I believe is capable of doing the job, but not 100% sure on how to wire it.

Will this kit work for LC 290 series here in the US? Thanks.
