This is an excellent video. I live in Arizona (near Phoenix). The temperature in Phoenix was 115 degrees earlier this month.

I lived in Arizona for a decade and as soon I moved there from the Midwest I knew the heat impacted the people who grew up there and their development. Heat can be very hard on the body! I am so grateful for this video because I still have family there and I’m in the south where it not only heats up but swelters. Here, in the south, you wont burn like in the sunny desert but the heat can boil you 🫠 Stay cool no matter where you go 😎

@@divinelyme4007 I appreciate your concern. The summers here are hot, but my air conditioner is powerful.

interesting video... I have been working in an environment where I am exposed to hot temperatures and humidity 85-100+ degrees from late may til early October... these are also 12 hour shifts... it is also mentally stressful.. especially for new employees... I do know how to get though my days properly.. my question is what can I do myself to make my time off better... I just feel so fatigued on my days off... especially my first day off..
the summer should be fun but for me it can be a chore and I don't always feel like the people in my life understand what I go through.. I am putting in 15000-20000 steps in an environment over 90 degrees and high humidity... I always feel like I am letting my family down... any input would be greatly appreciated whether it's changes to diet.. I also find it harder to exercise outside of work in the summer...diet gets tricky because I'm working 60 hours one week and the next 24.. that's the cycle.. I find it hard with uneven weeks to have a consistent life.

It is unfortunate that salt has been demonized ..... some very few people should limit but most of us need!!!

I'd like to see a presentation about dealing with the stress of inflation. The government is batshit crazy when they say inflation is 9%. So many food items I was buying at Walmart have literally doubled in price over the past few months and other items the prices have stayed the same but the contents have gotten less, aka skrinkflation

Here are some videos that can be applied to that topic th-cam.com/users/DocSnipessearch?query=Dealing%20with%20Stress%20uncertain

Shrinkflation has being going on for awhile, but I think shops are ripping people off by selling products way above inflation.

I like to walk around my house with little clothing then I can keep my ac set at like 78 to just cut the humidity.

This makes me wonder if this is why urban areas have more crime in the summer!

I’ve heard that wearing black clothes outside in the sun can make you much hotter 🥵
