    I found this session to be particularly immersive, Ayla...an hour went by before I even knew it! If I wasn't alert and aware for the entire duration, I would seriously wager that I had fallen asleep🤭 My favorite part was definitely the guided tour up and down my spinal anatomy.🖤

    • @AylaNovaNidra
      @AylaNovaNidra  ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yes!!!! Our spinal awareness is so important and I feel really called to remind everyone of its existence. On every level, it holds so much information and energy. Thank you for immersing yourself in this practice! 🖤✨🙏

      O.o Sounds good right about now. 45 minutes of yoga nidra/NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) brings up to a 65% addition in dopamine. People often overstimulated with information, especially online, alongside too many drugs (alcohol, cigarettes, opiates, etc.), and so forth that throw off their dopamine way too much. I've been meaning to do yoga nidra/NSDR again. Excessive stress kills health, energy, and the mind. 🙇🧘‍♂️

    After waking up too early, I did a progressive muscle relaxation and shorter yoga nidra to try to go back to sleep, which most of the time works. I had a difficult time relaxing for whatever reason. I don't usually do yoga nidras that last an hour but thought I might as well try today. This really worked well. I felt so relaxed and I was able to sleep. Thank you so much! I'm definitely going to try longer yoga nidra sessions moving forward.

    • @AylaNovaNidra
      @AylaNovaNidra  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      What is this low energy telling you? Is it the awareness of a feeling or sensation or purely energy? I like to sage before my practice to feel clear. If it is an emotion... meet it. If it is a feeling... meet it. If it is the mind telling you that you have low energy check in with your body. What you resist, persists, they say. So maybe something needs to be seen and supported.
