    This 55 minute yoga nidra guided visualization takes you on a guided journey to connect deeply with your soul, atman, the intelligence of life that flows through you. It’s a anandamaya kosha yoga nidra which is one of 5 koshas that we move through in yogic sleep. When exploring the panchakosha layers, a deep relaxation arises from connecting to the wisdom body. This visualization is a healing journey, of white light, golden light with koshi chimes sound healing.     Aloha Ally 🌈 🐛🦋 aww wow, that was certainly from your Soul 🙏and made it so easy to connect with my own soul 💜 with the Lotus at the throat, I was imaging the lotus was rising through my mouth and ears & felt a sense of hearing the Lotus here 💙
    When u was connecting us to the soul, I saw such a bright light ot was all around me!
    And another incredible moment was on the 2nd time I think, when you said about getting stuck, one of my samskaras came through, I felt a tightness with in myself physically and energetically.. it was uncomfortable but when u guided to let go, the emotion came through and a relief after that 😌 🧡 Powerfull use of imagery Ally , I love the connection to the water element throughout, I can feel a calm and gentle flow throughout me now. Loved the gentle tinkle of the chimes, they make me feel like the universe itself 👌✨😍🙏🌌

    I loved this. Done at 7.00 am on 12th August. I noticed limitations in my throat and heart and deep opening in all otjrt chakras. I really enjoyed the inner resource element of this practice and felt a shift to a deeper integration of my inner resource in my day to day experienced. Thank you Ally

    Beautiful Ally. I felt stuck, caught up in a sort of beaver dam. Each stick, branch, being a limiting belief or judgement I make of myself now or previously. The beavers came and took them down, the dam sunk into the water, back into the bank, to be reused as support rather than restrictions…I loved this practice ❤️🦫🍃🦦🏞

    Thank you Ally. The journey floating down the river was wonderful. It brought back to me a 12 day journey floating down a tributary of the Amazon in 1992 which was a profoundly life changing experience. I'm so calm now Thank you again xxx

    15/11/22 10.35 I couldn't wait to practice this Yoga Nodra journey again today, flowing down the river into the Anandamaya Kosha ,feeling the familiar pull of the eddying whirlpools that keep me circling, but remembering to let go into " the current of my soul...towards my highest self"...so beautiful ...truly transformative! I love gentle sounds and the " pockets of silence" that took me deeper and deeper. Namaste! 🙏

    7.23.23~ YNTT Module 7🌹Loved this journey through the chakras and using the breath to grow and blossom each lotus 🪷 flower on the inhale, then submerge and bud them on the exhale. I also appreciated the imagery and metaphor of floating along with the flow of the river and how the channels multiply and grow stronger the more attuned we are to our soul essence and purpose. What a fabulous first practice for Anandamaya kosha ❣️🙌🏼❣️

    This was so deeply relaxing for me and at first I didn't like the sounds and was a bit distracted by them, but by about 15 minutes, I really was able to rest in their rhythm between silence and sound ... Namaste

    Namaste! I practiced at 11:40 P.M.on November 2, 2023.
    I was so tired that I fell asleep for portions of the practice. I felt refreshed and reinvigorated the next morning. I know I did parts of the body scan.

    Amazing practice, very spiritual and intimate… difficult to describe all the sensations and feeling tones while I was floating. Some moments I was curious while then I was a bit afraid of completely letting go, but found strength in my breath and all the beauty surrounding me.     6.18.22 9:30am. Wow, Ally this was so powerful for me. I’ve been working through a a process of developing my primary sankalpa as part of your training. I’ve felt like I had one and then backed off and have been working with a few secondary sankalpas since March. I started this session with my current working sankalpa - “I am joyous and whole. I care for myself so I can care for others.” About 2/3 of the way through when we were invited to bring in our sankalpa again, I felt my soul almost yelling “I create healing in the world,” which is what I came to as my primary sankalpa in February. It just hasn’t felt like I could work with that one when I’ve been dealing with extreme work stress, sick parents, personal stressors. Today, though, it was so clear and so strong. What a powerful experience and what a nudge from the universe. Thank you! Shanti, shanti, shanti.

    I have been practicing this nidra in the evening before sleep on June 6th,7th and 8th. I plan to practice with it again this evening. I find this practice to be helpful in finding grounding again, calming and reflecting on the joys of the day while letting go of any stress. After practicing the night before, when waking in the morning I feel more rested and at peace. I look forward to starting my day and I am noticing more blessings and ability to be in the present moment. Thank you Ally and Megan for this yoga nidra and sound practice❤️ 🙏

    I find this to be my favorite yoga Nidra practice with you! I listen to it almost daily and always find such a place of peace as I travel the same Lorenzo river in Santa Cruz in my mind! It is where I met God as a little tiny girl. So my sinculpa becomes so real to my very bones!! It is “ I am enough. Because of what you did for me on the cross Jesus.     What a replenishing journey. I loved being reconnected to my soul, the blooming flowers connected to the breath, and remembering you can flow with your highest self at anytime.

    Wow Ally thank you so much 💚🙏 This is Jess currently in module 7 of NYT. This is one of my favourites so far. I loved the imagery of the lotus flowers & the breath and also the stream particularly when we get stuck in circles and to LET GO and relax back into the effortless stream of consciousness. Absolutely loved it thank you 💚🙏💫

    The imagery of the flow of the deep river and moments of becoming stuck by the side in the swirl doubt and fear resonated with me. You words guide me to my capacity to “simply let go” and return to the flow that is my true nature. Namaste 🙏🏽
