    I just have to say I started these exercise in March 2020 during the beginning of Corona virus and I see a huge difference, my butt is firm and perky, my legs are toned I am just amaze at the results I just want to say thank you for these videos I will continue following I told all my friends I am 43 years old, I am in the best shape of my life😘😘

    All I have to say they it works. 3 weeks in and gained 2 inches and found out other muscles that never existed. I fit in my jeans perfect now!

      Take it easy, Amirun :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

    It has been 2months now and the results am seeing on ma butt I just love it ❤️🥰,for any beginner in the house I can tell her this is the best exercise ever ,I love ma shape ,the butts are appearing from nowhere wow I love this 🔥🔥🔥🔥,its just the best,thank you ☺️☺️☺️

    These are good workouts cuz they don’t make you over do it but they have a good workout and they have nice breaks but good exercises and I have lost weight from this and it has definitely helped me get in shape!

    Day 0 : was watching this video and I was like I can do this in 2 minutes 😂
    Day 1: me doing this exercise and the next day I couldn’t walk 😂
    Day 2: I rested cause I wanted to give a chance for my muscles to rebuild
    Day 3: I did this workout and I didn’t feel any pains
    Day 4 I did this workout and am feeling good that am getting used to this workout
    Day 5 is coming soon I just can’t wait to see change on my body 💃🏻💃🏻

    It helps me. My butt gets bigger and my hips becomes wide. in just 1 week. I do it everyday. It's hurts also. In exercise no pain no gain.

    day 1 : i struggled and managed to finish this was defficult but i managed to do it til the end
    day 2 : I could'nt get out of bed my muscles were killing me so i had to skip this day to recover
    day 3 : i completed today despite the pain😂 the fact that this is painful means its working
    day 4 : i skipped today because i was traveling
    day 5: i completed the exercise today with less pain and it seemed so easy
    day 6 : i am seeing alot of results my butt is firmer and rounder also it gets easier to do this exercise daily
    day 7 : i still can't believe i made it to day 7 wow i have to keep going i am loving the results😍😍
    day 8 : it gets easier each day
    day 9 : i had to do just 50 squarts and 50 donkey kicks i am super busy today
    day 10 : I skipped today because i needed a good rest
    day 11 : i made all the exercises today I just love the results i am having everyone compliments by butt
    day 12 : the exercise gets easier every time i do it but you need soo much motivation keep going you can do it
    day 13 : i skipped today ofcourse its my cheat day🤣
    day 14 : i did it today guys the results i am getting from this exercise is priceless😍 i don't think i will stop i wish i could show pictures
    day 15 : if you made it till today good job keep going
    day 16 : i skipped today
    day 17 : I exercised today
    day 18 : i made it till today good job
    day 19 : just keep going guys
    day 20 : Just to let you know i made it to day 20 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃

If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪

    Day 1
    I feel very sore and I can barely walk😭 but I’m going to do whatever it takes to get that body before summer 🌚
    Day 2 The workouts are getting easier I feel less sore

      Take it easy, Swaggy :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

    Is it ok to do it twice or 3 times a day? I really love this exercise because im sweating a lot also😊😘
