  • They don’t get any better than this!
This Genuine HDT VK Commodore Group A SS “Blue Meanie” is one for the serious HDT collector. This car is HDT build number 2237 (047/500), showing just 20,972kms since new, with original books, service history, HDT paperwork, and a known ownership history, it ticks all the boxes. It retains its original unused spare wheel, original Bilstein shocks, and even the original brake pads are still fitted!
If you’ve been waiting for the right VK Group A to hit the market, then this one is definitely worth considering.

Amazing original and low kilometre example of one of the most iconic Commodores. Can only imagine what it will make at auction. 👍🏻

As of now, it is up to $260,400. Might get over a million.
Maybe Clive Palmer might buy it for his museum.

    Absolutely amazing!!!
I know that these machines are starting to show up in overseas collections such as in New York.
Probably go for close to 500k, sounds mad however it's worth every penny for such an example in the collector car world.
These rare and obscure vehicles from Aussy are an important peice of motor racing history and when compared to the other GrpA cars of the Era their isn't to many of them to go around!!

Lloyds sold one with 2000 Klms in 2018 for $330k which was a record, that would be the lowest in Oz

I've been looking at bit on grass online lately would be handy if they made some easy and minor improvements to their search function.
As it is now you can't put several choices in at once then press apply you can only do one choice then the page refresh then you make another choice and if has to refresh again. Would be nice to save my search parameters such as my state only etc.

That'll be interesting to see what kind of money it brings... Brock's own one sold for over $1m and a high ks one went for $165k last year.
So an unrestored one with such low ks, you'd have to imagine it'll fetch somewhere in the $300k range. But I guess it's as valuable as the people who are writing the cheques deem it to be on the day.

Any credibility went COMPLETELY out the window when the cast iron exhaust manifolds were shown which were NOT fitted to group As

    • @user-qt9sz5kv7k
      @user-qt9sz5kv7k 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

Actually a run of them were fitted with cast iron manifolds.
At a time, there were manufacturing delays because of Tooling and fabrication issues
New vehicle owners had the option of returning the car for a half day fit out of the specd part once teething problems were rectified.
Unfortunately some of the new owners never went for it for what ever reason.
