      We don't want to generate bad memories, we want to release our emotions reactions to how we are feeling now in terms of the things that bother us. If you are having a hard time remembering, that's okay. But, you do need to address the emotional reactions to what is triggering you now in your life. Reach out if you need help. I'm here to help.

    Stop watching news media. Strictly limit internet use. Don't become enslaved to a phone. If you're taking a day off, don't wear a watch. Make prioritized lists of projects instead of carrying to-do-lists in your brain. Don't have a TV. Watch old movies that are slower paced. Take a full Sabbath Day rest without any interruptions once a week. Don't let society control you. Perform regular exercise that you enjoy. Eat healthy food. Don't use alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or caffeine. Fear, anxiety, and anger solve nothing.
