      It's a tough exercise for sure, especially with heavy weight

    Hah, this is like me doing the same with two 44 kg bells! I don't think I can snatch the 40 kg let alone two 44 kg bells!

    May be i am wrong but found the right side a bit unsatable. Do you think i observed correct your right shoulder was givng away a wee bit.

      @@kettlebell_aerobics Well I did not mean to offend or insult you Bad reps could be a result of bad technique which is see is not the case. I mentioned what I observed. Maybe I am wrong. Any ways sorry to have hurt feelings.

      @praveenc316 hey man you didn't hurt my feelings, I can see my response was rude, I apologize. Was typing in a hurry. I think your assessment is correct, the actual acceleration pull was perfectly fine, it's catching the weight in the undersquat where my shoulders are not used to the load yet. I think it's mostly a motor control issue & will be better next time.
