Great job
I think twenty-eight kilos will be more optimal.
I bought my first kettlebell today(Hard Style). Where can I learn how to swing? And Do you have any advice for me? Thanks
Crazy good Video! Thats peak knowledge
Thank you 👊
thank nice vid
thans, helps a lot

Cool!
Solid form very impressive
May be i am wrong but found the right side a bit unsatable. Do you think i observed correct your right shoulder was givng away a wee bit.
Dude literally in the title of the video it says "5 ugly reps"
@@kettlebell_aerobics Well I did not mean to offend or insult you Bad reps could be a result of bad technique which is see is not the case. I mentioned what I observed. Maybe I am wrong. Any ways sorry to have hurt feelings.
@praveenc316 hey man you didn't hurt my feelings, I can see my response was rude, I apologize. Was typing in a hurry. I think your assessment is correct, the actual acceleration pull was perfectly fine, it's catching the weight in the undersquat where my shoulders are not used to the load yet. I think it's mostly a motor control issue & will be better next time.
🇦🇹 sehr stark
Man... that's a man maker... my joints wouldn't survive.
It's a tough exercise for sure, especially with heavy weight
Hah, this is like me doing the same with two 44 kg bells! I don't think I can snatch the 40 kg let alone two 44 kg bells!
It's all just practice 🙏
32kg no 44kg
Maybe it's a bit too early?
First you make it, then you make it beautiful
With my families life in jeopardy i think i coukd do this with a 24kg kettlebell. With a 32kg they're not gonna make it lol.
Hahaha it's all just training. It won't ever be pleasant but it does get easier.
What you suggested for someone in law enforcement to train for a specialize tactical team? What would be youre general approach? Thx!
Def build an aerobic base, how much depends on the team. If it's SWAT kinda work you get away with less if military SOF you need a lot of endurance training. General strength & power training, some sprints & unconventional stuff like sandbags. Kettlebell sport training def would carry over well. Good topic, may make a video or write a newsletter about it.
@kettlebell_aerobics a video would be amazing 👌. Thx for taking the time to respond. Yes law enforcement is different then military in terms of endurance that's for sure.
Damn .. these people really don't understand what amount of strength and conditioning takes to do 100 snatches for 5 minutes. Not to mention the 32kgs.. It's funny how most of you are focused on building useless tissue to work the muscles 'properly'. That is an insane display of strength. Keep it coming comrade!
Appreciate the kind words brother, agree with you 100% 🫡
Indeed most folks have no idea
@@kettlebellken Probably because of bodybuilding mindset
This is the most efficient way of doing snatches with a 32 kg .
Not perfect but getting better 🫡
Great comment section :D as always. Super result 🎉
😅😅 thanks man!
This is so useless and bad for your back. You use too much momentum and the muscles don't work properly.
Yes that's why I'm doing it. I heard it's great for not building muscle.
Sad to see such a comment from a fellow kettlebell practitioner :/
@@Heuckax he was joking 😉
@@kettlebell_aerobics haha I don’t know it’s an internal joke 👀😅
@@Heuckax Sorry for the confusion but yes, it was sarcasm based on critiques I have received myself when performing snatches, it wa just a joke :)
May be wrong but this just seems hard on the joints with minimal benefit
No you're exactly right
@@kettlebell_aerobics I’m not sure you understood his comment… he’s saying snatches are useless and bad for your joints… lol
Oh never mind got it- everyone is a joker in these comment sections lol
Hello! If I may I would like to ask a question. I recently started training with kettlebells and I stumbled upon a video showing female kettlebell athlete Ksenia Dedyukhina doing 189 reps of kettlebell snatches in 10 minutes with a 24 kg kettlebell. Yet you are a male athlete competing at world championship level and doing "only" 146 reps. This is not to take anything away from, please don't misunderstand me. I am genuinly curious as to what is going on here. Normally there is a very big advantage for male athletes especially in strength related sports where even recreational athletes beat women who are professional competitors.
I think it's age related. If you look closely Mr. Kettlebell Aerobics looks quite young. Maybe 16 or 17 tops. If you are under 18 you can use 24 kg as a male instead of the 32 kg for the over 18 year olds. In his newest video he started using the 32 kg so he is or will be 18 soon. He also got a lot stronger in a short amount of time so there are definitely some puberty gains at play here. Nice work and dedication none the less here in the video especially for a teenager! 💯👍
All great warrior cultures had wrestling as their base for a reason: Greek, norse, mongolian and many more
What's your opinion on Isometrics?
Impressionante!!!
Where did you place in the competition?
What happened to you my man?
Hey man thanks for asking! I've been really busy that's why I posted on Instagram mostly, need to get back to YT 🙂
@kettlebell_aerobics good to know. Heading over to IG now to follow. Thanks
@@SaucedOso thanks man, appreciate that!
Where did you go?
You are a true Hybrid athlete... Power & Cardio. At 61 you remind me of a younger version of myself
Cheers man, you're in amazing shape, inspirational!
Excellent performance (mental & physical) what is your age? I did 200 Snatches with 50lbs in 11:45 at age 56 in 2019
Hey man that's an amazing performance, let alone at 56! I'm 32, hope I can be in such great shape at 56!
Maschine!!
Danke!
Holy shit
Thanks man!
hello, one round/set is one time doing clean, press and squat?! so you do 15 sets each side, right?
Do you find the zombie squat has particular carryover to kettlebell spot?
Not particular, but it will definitely carry over if you lack quad or upper back strength.
Well done man. I enjoyed my time there the year prior.
What's the average HR you have during such a Workout?
Does rhythmically swinging along with a lightweight kettlebell for an extended period of time fit into classic endurance training?
Good afternoon, friend, you are a true inspiration for all of us who want to achieve a great physique in a balanced way. Do you have any kettlebell exercise routines? I see that you mostly perform Snatch and Jerk. If there is a cost for these routines, what would be the payment method? Thanks in advance and greetings from Mexico.
When you do this kind of test. Are you allowed to put the KB on the floor to take some test ?
You do only Kettebell ? Impressive
Beast mode!
então cada lado conta como 1 rodada? então foram 15 rodas lado direito 15 rodadas lado esquerdo. é isso né. não puder ver todo o video..
15 set / arm 90 reps
How does your heart rate usually behave during a workout like this?
It's not very taxing. Goes up & down a bit.
How does the peak and average heart rates looks like?
