    I did 100 after finishing your beach arm workout! Thank to you my arms are much stronger. I’m 59 and I had been falling at least weekly. I have been doing your videos for about 3-4 months I haven’t fallen once! My balance has improved immensely!! I can’t thank you enough!! ❤

      You say your falling, hope you have been to the doctor, I know myself I had a couple of pretty good tumbles I felt fine but boy oh boy that next day and black and blue I didn't feel anything off. Never broke a bone and these days that's what scares me and I'm not bragging either. I do try to keep moving, haven't been as fit as I was when I was younger I have some health problems, not making excuses 😉. Take care and be careful and safe.☮️

    I'm 53 , trying to get back in shape after my stroke 2 years ago last week,but I actually did 177 but it was hurting my neck .. I've broken it before it's been about 13 years ago.. but I'm trying God will give me strength.. bless you sister 😊😘

    Added 50 of these to my routine of your 5minute toned arms and legs - doing your expertises has made such a difference to my shape over the last year! So, I do around 30 minutes daily and I miss it if I am unable to have this time to myself. I am 61.

    I did more than 100 i could go more but i was bored👍. Good exercise also works out your shoulders ❤️‍🔥

      If you could have gone more, then you're not really working out the muscle anymore, you would be better to drop down to a set of 50 while using a 5lb weight. Let me know if you 'get bored' then 😂

      The overhead Tricep Extension should NOT be working your shoulder muscles AT ALL! You should be isolating your triceps, and using your Glutes and Core muscles for stability. You're most likely not doing this exercise properly.

    Hi Hun, great video. I needed this. You look amazing!
    I am 63. I lost 167 in the last two years. I've maintained 144 for 7 months. Needless to say I have a ton of extra skin now. Being 63 and married fo 40 years I don't really care what it looks like, but I want to be healthier, that why I lost weight and so my skin should feel and look good too. I never thought your BMI (Body Mass Index) was important, but I have lots of hospital stays and they always put it on my chart. So, this time we changed what we ate and I only focused on a healthy BMI. I went from 56.9 to 20.8. I'll keep going until I reach my perfect BMI then just maintain. Just sharing my story. Blessings

    Oh my word! Pushed to 100 (out of shape 55yr old) and then went to put a scrunchie in my hair OUCH to lift arm to do that. 😝 Thanks, I will be doing this everyday.

    I am 61 yrs old and I did 100 without stopping without any problem. I lift weights twice a week so it was very easy for me; however, I will implement this in my workout plan for warming up on weight day. Thank you for sharing😊

    I'm doing 100 each time and am averaging 300 per day. This is a great exercise! I'm 72 years old and love the fact that I can wear sleeveless tops! Thanks for posting this exercise!!!!

    Started a more rigorous workout routine this month leading up to my 64th birthday, June 30th. My triceps need toning and moving my feet and lower body are my present focus. Recently diagnosed with Renard Disease. My nervous system is working as well as it should. You just never know what parts of your body will give out!

    Thankyou ... I've done 20x and will continue to do 20x until my right shoulder has healed ( 2 more weeks of physio) then will increase by 5x each week until I achieve 50x. Then will continue at 50x daily.

    Stopped counting at 100 ..... I am doing this exercise with weights in the courses in my gym, but never knew where my triceps is. And now you have given me a challenge, because despite good training the skin around my triceps is soggy after loosing a lot of weight. ;-) Looking forward to more videos from you.     i did over 100 exactly the way you said to , i feel it , i do that move often when i walk outside but not usually over 100 times and not with my hands together like that ! makes a difference with the palms together ! 😅😅

    I wish I had continued working out with u which I did through lockdown but then stopped but will get on track again after Christmas! In the meantime I’ll do the arms one ♥️♥️♥️
