Good morning from London, I'm totally inspired by these kettle bell exercises
I have been training with weights for many many years and I must say it has become boring I'm nearly 60 years old
7 months ago I had a total knee replacement right knee I had no choice
this was the last resort but saying that my physio therapist has given me the
all clear I'm back in gym it's been 4 weeks and I'm enjoying my self.
I'm following your tutorials love them
    Any advice would be appreciated
    Thank you

Mr Daru, if you want another excellent and difficult core exercise, may I suggest to you placing both feet on a stability ball and with one hand on the ground, use the other hand to row with the kettlebell and switch sides.

Pelvic floor, diaphragm, multifidus? You would not want to be overdeveloping tension in the lateral fibres of QL. PS Core is a myth. It is not a region that requires isolation exercises. It works in a feed forward manner and is under autonomic control. See Richardson, Hodges and Jull.

I just became a CPT. I’m looking to move down to that area within 6 months to pursue a dream I had from before I ever heard about the UFC. I never played sports in high school, but I have some street knockouts from age 16-18, before mma went mainstream, and I’m always the hardest worker on every job when I get to work, and in every gym when I get to train. I’ve been to Renzo’s and it took his black belt 2 1/2 minutes to get me in a kimura after I said I was kimura proof, and I know the mistake I made. I can break fully locked triangles and I can do 1 handed leg locks on Renzo’s 4 stripe white belts and blue belts during live grappling. I know Luigi Mondelli; I’ve met Glover, Parumpa, Katel, Royce, and Renzo. I’m tired of all the bs BJJ Academies in my area, who’s blackbelts I know more detailed movements than, and who don’t have any bags or striking instructors. I’m just trying to find my way to the cage and need a break. I’m the guy who only went to calculus on review days and test days and had a 4.0, but I’m also the guy who had to drop out because of drugs. Been on the streets since 15, and can’t ever catch a break. I don’t mix with any of the black belts or martial artists in my area, but I did well at ATT when I was working in the Danbury area. Lmk if you can use a guy like me, or if you want to make some money off of me fighting. Sponge is an understatement.
