    I’m an 89 year old woman who has been lifting heavy weights for more than a year now. I’ve gotten so much stronger that now I can run after the bus again and play football with my kids.

    OBSERVATION: Key here is to make sure the kb is levelled with your knee cap as it goes through your legs. That's how you know you're not squatting too much without the foam tube.
