Me, a warrior, my main pawn, a fighter and Rook went through BBI too and cleaned everything, cursed dragons, condemned gorecyclops, the works. He's actually pretty useful with his fire's blaze and his anodyne. But Daimon's vortex killed him and I was too tired to replay, rip his brave soul. With enough throwblasts Rook is an absolute boss

I see people usullay go for Kingwarish for health and Large Mushrooms for stamina. I usually just stack my pawn up with Harspud Sauce and transfer whenever I need. However Kingwarish and Mushrooms are more cost and weight-efficient :) Also Lordly Tonics are awesome but I can't of the top of my head remember how expensive they are. Hope this helps!

That's actually a pretty great idea. Give him a couple of master rings for hp/stamina, lvl3 gold staff and armor, and some mushrooms, I bet he'd be amazing. Oh and throwblasts.
