The problem is that the human studies only show minor weight loss over study periods. It is considered safe to take, but this no miracle weight loss supp.
Studies were with people just taking it without exercise. It works amazingly when you eat clean and weight train, with a few sessions of HIIT per week.

So the dosage is 4 pills daily? On the bottle I just got it says take one daily
But heard cla is inflammatory?
