    I am a slim female looking to strengthen and gain muscle. Should I take CLA with my Protein or will it not be good for me? I am 5'8 125 lbs... I don't want to loose weight; I want to gain muscle.

    So the dosage is 4 pills daily? On the bottle I just got it says take one daily

    The problem is that the human studies only show minor weight loss over study periods.
    It is considered safe to take, but this no miracle weight loss supp.

      Studies were with people just taking it without exercise. It works amazingly when you eat clean and weight train, with a few sessions of HIIT per week.
