This is the first yoga practice I’ve done where I’ve struggled and failed to do multiple poses. Instead of letting this get me down, I’m going to channel my energy into repeating the practice and attempting those poses until I’m able to do them. Practice makes better, and if anyone is reading this who also struggled, know you’re not alone! We’re all in this together, and if we keep up a regular practice, one day we’ll look back and smile at the times when we struggled with something we’ve now accomplished ❤

I just started doing yoga under a tutor online. Its been two months. I am 62 year old and initially found very difficult as my flexibility and balance was close to zero. I must say a good improvement in the last 60 days. Changed my life. Flexibility has improved. Sleep is good. I urge every one to do yoga. Its a must. Just devote 45 minutes a day.

I DID IT💕💕💕I finished my 30 day yoga challenge yesterday! I mostly followed Charlie’s videos and did at least 15 minutes of yoga everyday however I usually did 30 minutes. I’ve been able to see improvement in my flexibility, strength, coordination, and overall body awareness💗it has been such a rewarding experience!
I found this intermediate yoga flow practice very close to my own level. No doubt it had few challenging postures, but I found myself comfortable. Thank you so much, Charlie 🙏🙏❤️🧘♂️

I did many online yoga classes and "real" classes with many interesting teachers, but I think so far you appear to me the most professional and passionated one. You have some challenging poses, yet you master them with easiness and calmness and are able to do it in a smooth flow, while still being encouraging in a grounded and humble way, that makes me understand what Yoga is about. 20:00 focus on keeping the right side of the torso (the side on the bottom) long as well as the left (top- triangle with right foot forward right hand down- That is a Very good cue that I have never been told to do or thought of. It took some doing and I still didn’t get it yet. Thank you

Another fantastic practice, thank you, Chadlie!❤🌹🍀 First attempt on flying splits, and wow - I mean, of course I cannot do the "real thing", I cannot even do the normal split (yet😉), but I actually lifted the front leg a bit for a moment. And I felt my arms getting stronger every second..🎉💪🏽🦾

Hello Charlie, I wanna say how AMAZING this yoga flow was 🥰❤ You can't imagine how much I loved it. There were relaxing parts but also challenging parts💫💪 I could do everything but I could not lift my legs by flying splits. I was so near to do it but I need more strong arms and more practise to do it. Can you make a short about it. It would be really helpfull. Wow, that was jam-packed with intermediate poses. I liked it! Flying splits entry was interesting. I am not sure if it was post-massage muscle lethargy, but I found it a lot harder than coming in from three legged dog and perching the knee on the arm before extending. Will keep practising. This was my first long class and I wondered how I would do, but it was perfect! I found that I could do some poses to their fullest potential, and others were challenging. I could really see how far I had come in the last few months! I firmly believe now that this 50 year old body can and will do things it hasn’t done before because Charlie’s classes have made me stronger now than I have ever been. I surprised myself today when I did one of the binds that I couldn’t do in the June challenge. lol

Oh Charlie, what a fantastic practice. I’ve really struggled to come to the mat since the improvers challenge ended. I worried I would have lost much of my strength and flexibility for an intermediate flow, but this gave me confidence. I feel inspired again, all thanks to your special soul ❤❤
Thank you for this class Charlie! I found it not too intimidating and not too gentle.😆 Although most of the time I would prefer gentle one after my energy is drained from a long day at work, LOL. But I found this class perfect for the weekend when I have time and energy! I used to go to a yoga studio almost everyday but I can not do that now because of my current situation. This was a great reset as a recovery day from endurance training. As a runner I’ve lost flexibility so it was wonderful to create a little more space, revisit some favorite challenging poses, and overall calm my nervous system. Thank you for creating a flow that led to a perfect moment for me 🤍
This is my favorite of your classes that I have practiced with so far. I appreciate the deep stretching poses that require strength and the binds (that I am currently only able to complete on one side) really encourage my mind and body to reach for new limits. Amazing. I noticed when doing another of your videos the other day that I could do the arm bind in skandasana on the right with ease, but on the other... my torso, legs, arms, nothing could coordinate or realise where it was supposed to be. It's insane how differently the two sides of the body can behave! Thank you for these challenging but beautiful flows... we are all improving every time we join you. Edit: managed to stand up in bird of paradise on each side though without extending the bent leg. During the challenge I could only manage the arm bind on one side and could not stand up. But I have been doing different yoga practices with you daily and clearly progress is always there if unseen. You really are a great teacher! But flying splits?... maybe in my next incarnation.😂

I am in love with YOGA and your yoga classes! I have been practicing since 4 weeks and I already feel much stronger, more flexible and with a better balance! Some of the poses are still difficult but I do love the challenge! I would like to master the flying split but it’s still too difficult. Daily yoga practice has become a must for me! It brings both physical and mental satisfaction 🧘♀️🙏🏻

Bird of paradise and flying splits featured in this hip opening flow that was altogether lovely. In the figure 4 chair pose, I thought we might move into flying pigeon but alas. Opportunity to practice headstand too. Thank you!
It was an amazing practice. My intention was to just do it 'til the end, and I'm really proud of myself for doing it!💪 There were some new poses for me which I wasn't really familiar with, but it was a fun time trying to do all of the poses. I can say, I was 95% successful.😊 I had a great laugh when I suddenly fell from my headstand (it has never happened before). I found myself in a sloppy Ganda Bherundasana pose kind of thing.😂😂😂

I am in love with YOGA and your yoga classes! I have been practicing since 4 weeks and I already feel much stronger, more flexible and with a better balance! Some of the poses are still difficult but I do love the challenge! I would like to master the flying split but it’s still too difficult. Daily yoga practice has become a must for me! It brings both physical and mental satisfaction 🧘♀️🙏🏻

This is a both gentle and strong, a very intentional series of poses. Love the length of poses and movement.

Excellent class, warm up, loved the challenging standing series and I loved the gentle, clear and precise way you guided us. hehe, I also started with Adrian. I think the biggest difference is the talking. When you get more confident in your practice Charlie is perfect for me cause she does not talk as much. Good luck my unknown friend! and enjoy the energy this practice hopefully has given you🥰
I thought 50 mins might have been too long for me, but focusing helped me through. A good all-rounded practice..with plenty for me to keep working on. How do you manage to keep giving instruction in some of those poses!! ? Thank-you Charlie 🙏
Bird of paradise and flying splits featured in this hip opening flow that was altogether lovely. In the figure 4 chair pose, I thought we might move into flying pigeon but alas. Opportunity to practice headstand too. Thank you!

It was an amazing practice. My intention was to just do it 'til the end, and I'm really proud of myself for doing it!💪 There were some new poses for me which I wasn't really familiar with, but it was a fun time trying to do all of the poses. I can say, I was 95% successful.😊 I had a great laugh when I suddenly fell from my headstand (it has never happened before). I found myself in a sloppy Ganda Bherundasana pose kind of thing.😂😂😂
