- Pulsing Jump Squat
- Opposite Arm Leg Raise Super Plank
- Abdominal Flutter Kicks
- Sprinter Skip
5:00 Test (as many sets a possible)
- Sprinter Popups or Jump Lunges (10 Each)
- Cross Body Mountain Climbers (20 Reps Each)
Circuit 2
:40/:20 *4 Sets
- Single Arm Y M Flow or Gators
- Speed Skaters
- Lateral 3 Step
- Fast Feet Burpees ( Every 5 Secs)
5:00 Test (as many sets as possible)
- Broad Jump Bear Crawls (5 Reps)
- Jumping Jacks (10 Reps) - บันเทิง
Glad to see that you're back to working out normally again after your patellar tendon rupture. I had the same surgery 4.5 weeks ago and watching you now being back to working out again gives me hope. Best of luck.
