I had a question about your patellar tendon rupture! I'm currently week 4 into the injury and so depressed. Ur videos give me hope. I was wondering when u were in ur brace immobilized doing leg raises did ur knee hurt at all when u did ur leg raises ?
The leg raises are very hard in the beginning, but as you heal it gets better.
