    I LOVE your videos Erin! Been doing the 30-day yoga challenge from time to time during 5 years now (I think you posted it back then already?). Thank you for all good tips in the different positions. Great with short videos with a certain focus in each so that it is easy to fit in on a day-to-day basis and choose the one that suits me on a particular day!
