    Day 18 yass!!! Do you have a hard time falling asleep, staying asleep, or just wishing for more sleep? Let me know below some other tools you use to help with sleeping!

      I'll put on an insight timer meditation or play an audiobook (25 min max) to help me go to sleep.It's staying asleep that is challenging for me.

    My sleep has been disrupted by years of shift work and insomnia . I still haven't found a good balance in that regards , though I am keen to see if this gentle practice , made into a daily or more accurately evening routine will help . Thank you for sharing.

      You'll have to keep me posted on how this practice does with your sleep. I love using longer exhales to help calm the nervous system and get ready to catch some 😴

      @@frithkin fabulous!!! Keep up the good work! We have a new video coming out in a few weeks on vagus nerve with ways that can help with sleep too stay tuned! It's my new routine that I've been doing to sleep better.
