    Hi Erin!
    I have an ask to you.
    I'm doing your challenge and I see than I have a lot of difficult to execute some exercises, like today.
    My leg muscles aren't elastic.
    I know than is a challenge, but I can't do a lot of that position.
    I wanna know if you can help me.
    My biggest difficult are my leg rear muscles.
    HELP ME PLEASE!
