It always cracks me up when you say "in what video is this totally normal?" and I am thinking "Look! Jazz hands!" It's a staple of old school show choirs. LOL

I really liked this video! I still have issues with the wrist that I broke quite a while ago. Stretches like this feel really good and relieves a lot of the pressure that I feel in that wrist.
I really needed this! My wrists hurt often from prior minor injuries and I was afraid to try these but it made me feel so much better. (What was I thinking, thinking a Bad Yogi video wouldn't help?!)
ok, so i started this, and when I came to my ring finger, I realized it hurt up to the elbow (inner elbow) and I couldn't do it!! O.o oh my god, should I do it? I really felt a relief with the other ones! T^T ok, I did it, I suddenly was able to do it, but I couldn't keep going since one of the stretches makes my wrist painfull again. Thanks, anyway! I also realized that I couldn't move my right wrist well as in one way, just one way around and I wa slike WTF? X'D

I am trying to incorporate this into my daily life. Recently I started getting carpel tunnel pain in my right arm and this is helping!

Only do the ones that aren't painful! Never do it if it's painful. I', glad to hear that some brought you relief though!
My fingers don't curl at all in that last exercise!
