Hello, this is exactly the sound my treadmill is doing in a higher speed when speed walking and running. It's clicking only on one side (when stepping right foot). I checked the belt you are showing in video, but it seems the tension is ok. I don't know what to do anymore, it is really annoying noise.. Do you have any idea, what could be wrong?

It sounds like the noise I get on my new 3 day old treadmill - Horizon 7.0AT. I was wondering if you’d hear that noise only when weight bearing on the running belt. Mine is running quiet and smooth - even when speeding up and down and inclining and declining - but only makes the noise when it’s operating and I put my feet down.
Even standing and moving side to side on step saddle makes that noise when the machine is running - maybe more close to rattling noise. Yet the floor and machine are measured to be level - timber floor with basement underneath but with steel frames under the floor. No noise on walking or bouncing up and down on running belt when it’s not running - no noise on moving side to side on step saddle either. What could this noise be?

Is the drag on the running belt, try and put some silicone on the underside on the belt

I’ve Precor c956i that grumbles at 1~3 miles per hour, but goes away at higher speeds. My DRIve belt can be twisted 90 degrees. Could my issue be resolved by pulling the front roller back toward rear to tighten belt WITHOUT having to loosen the motor bolts and pulling the motor itself back?

Yes you can tighten the drive belt by the front roller, but you will have to tighten the back roller the same to keep the running belt tight. The "grumbling" might just be a bearing that is going out in the motor but you can still use the treadmill for a long while before it final will go out.

@@coloradocardio what’s crazy is that if I turn power switch off, and back on…the treadmill doesn’t make that early startup/shutdown noise, instead irate runs smoothly! It doesn’t seem to make sense.
