I did everything you mentioned but unfortunatly my case was extreme. The metal support that supports the deck to the chasis broke after 6years and at least 5000km.
I will try to solder it but it may only be a temporary fix.
Nevertheless i watched your videos and i was able to change the belt 8months ago.

This is exactly my problem but I can't figure out to get the side step saddle off 🤦‍♀️ is it just supposed to slide backwards?

Having an issue with my Sole F63, it squeaks only when I'm running on the treadmill as my feet hit the belt. This squeaking stops if I change the 'elevation' while the motor is moving it up or down, but once it stops moving up or down the squeaking begins again. I can't tell what's causing it and it's driving me nuts!

could be the tension on the drive belt. try applying soap bar inside of the drive belt. there are videos on YT about this

This was very informative! Unfortunately, even after following the instructions thoroughly I still have a loud noise on impact towards the back. My neighbours are not too happy with me lol. I’m not sure what to do next.
