On my NordicTrak, they wanted $150 for the roller assembly. The only failed part was the bearing which I replaced for six bucks. (Timken brand purchased from Amazon).

So, uh, I replaced the roller and I forgot to mark the reference point with white out. What's the best way to start from scratch with calibrating the belt+rollers?

Just make the roller snug against the belt. Start the machine on slow and gradually increase the speed while adjusting the tension to maintain an even tracking
