rhn94 no just watched a lot of old and newer films and a lot of the more modern stuff, especially comedy and action movies, is predictable crap made for morons, full of CGI and massive plot holes, rapid editing supposed to keep the audience interested and violence and swearing added purely to get an 18 rating. Plus the all too essential happy ending. They spend millions on action films and most follow the exact same formula. Or have you not noticed?

Biopic taken from so many different musicians like Johnny Cash's 'Walk the line' film and it goes into, Bob Dylan, Brian Wilson, Sex pistols. Old Dewey's song at the end of the film reminds me of Glenn Campbell. A Donnie and Maree type TV show he did in the 70's. Even a bit of Jerry Lee Lewis as he also married a very young women, and the addictive drugs and parties most musicians go through. My favorite music biopic ever. It has more than just a Johnny Cash spin off, a bit of everything here. The music is actually quite good and well written.
Its amazing that Cox pulled this off at 15.
