Great recipe. Spot-on as usual. You should mention in your vids that It’s important that when you’re “hydrating” or moisturizing the meat with your mixtures…. To always use a squeeze bottle (like a traditional picnic ketchup-mustard bottle) instead of a spray bottle. because when you wisk whatever liquid with granular rub- the spices plug up the spray bottles😊. I end up taking the trigger cap off and pouring it on. Now I’ve learned - SQUEEZE bottle LOL
If you're talking about handling the food while hot, Oklahoma Joe's has a box of black nitrile gloves , but they have a pair of washable cotton liners to go inside... (after using the 50 pair you can just buy plain black nitrile gloves while keeping the liners)
