Wow that looked so good , a lot of cheese used but I’m sure it tasted real good , I’m a new subscriber to your channel from England , I’m going to give this ago at the weekend 👍
So, I use a few different ones. Mostly after the Ninja ones I got w/ the grill ran out I started using a "Competition Blend" from Bear Mountain (I think I got that from Tractor Supply or Fleet Farm) , and I also have a bag of Traeger's "Signature Series" . Mind you, a 25lb bag lasts a VERY long time since you only uses a cup or two per cook. So make sure you keep them in a dry/sealed container to keep your pellets from gathering moisture.
They turn out fine. Are you worried they don't get done? The key to the smokiness is to stir frequently as I did, that also moves the pasta around to help with the cook too.

I’ve never had it with cream cheese or Cajun seasoning before !! The more butter the better is always better !! 😎
Cajun seasoning and hot sauce give it a little kick
That looks yummy. Thank you.
This already looks delicious!!
Thank you, it was
Couldnt you just use an oven dish assuming you have 1 that fits? Looks amazing ,how would you store it while preparing/cooking the rest of the food?
