@@TheGatorPit605 I'll usually throw them on for 3 hours at 225 on the smoker setting, take them off, sauce and wrap them, throw them on for another 45 min to an hour. hope that helps if you choose to do.
Just a side note, the next time I do these, I'll just stick to taking them to 140-145 ... they still would get plenty of smoke and even those these were not "overdone" I think I'd like them a little closer to medium.

Jax rule of thumb when smoking pork, stop at 140 or go all the way to 205, any thing in between is dry and chewy. BPB4L

Do you set a temp when using the smoker? I’m new to all of this.
Using the Ninja , yes when you turn the know to "smoker" the display has a temp that you can set up or down.
Don’t you preheat when using the smoker?
I PERSONALLY don't wait for the pre-heat/ignition timer to finish, but that's just me.
160 WAY over cooked ?
I think you will find you will have much better results when you preheat your smoker. Always preheat except for air fry.

I have I just put it in grill mode with smoke and it took about 4 minutes
