  • As warmer days start to creep up, it is time to start barbecuing again!
The Ninja Woodfire Grill makes easy work of smoking a brisket! 6-10 hours will deliver the most tender and delicious barbecue and best of all, you get the credit (and the burnt ends!)!
I have included my recipes for the dry rub, mop sauce, smoky mountain and Texas Twang barbecue sauces. Let your guests choose which sauce they enjoy the most!
Please give it a try and let me know what you think!
    Enjoy!

Erin, when you open the oven to mop, does the Ninja pauses the timer? Great video, thanks so much! Ed

Does the Ninja get messy on the inside during the smoking process and require a lot of cleanup? Thanks

No surprisingly! But it gets incredibly messy with the pizza stone and does not come off easily. That being said it is the best homemade pizza ever. Check out my video on ninja Woodfire grill: pizza!

How do you keep it smoking, the wood pellets only last about an hour for me

Yes that’s true so I keep adding pellets every hour.
