I am so happy with results, before this workout i had bloated stomach and big thighs, when i my stomach used to be soooo bloated and now its way much smaller I AM SO HAPPY I CANT EXPLAIN i wasn't on a calorie deficit i just didn't take sugar, drank 2 litres a day, tried to move as much as possible and avoided sodas and chocolate. i am so happy, now when i eat im not bloated way i was before and i finally wear clothes i wanted to wear. I DEFINETLY RECCOMEND THIS WORKOUT THANK YOU SO MUCH MADELINE THIS WORKOUT WORKED BEST FOR ME!!!

@@rihabebentoura4880 I also just finished the 25 days. I didn’t notice much body changes but I didn’t change my eating habits which aren’t bad but I know they’re not great. I did notice I felt lighter though not just in the work out but throughout the day and I’m able to move more balanced and quicker.

Yes ! I have seen more results doing this one month pilates with madeleine than when I was lifting weights. My stomach is less bloated. I only quit eating sugar or less consuming it.
I have completed the whole 25 days workout 😊 and loved it. I noticed amazing results and only did this workout. My goal was to get lean and toned. I noticed from the other comments that people would like to know the full results and plan, so here goes: Lost a total of 18 pounds Lost a total of 13 inches Stomach-4 inches Each arm-2 inches each Face went down Neck-1 inch Each thigh-2 inches each I cutback on sugar intake, 1 gallon of water, and did not eat after 7 pm. I also ate what I wanted to, but made sure to eat more fruits and vegetables daily. I love my results and will be incorporating these workouts in, 2-3 times a week, since I want to build muscle I am going to do HIIT for 60 days and then come back to this 25 days challenge and do it again, to tone me up even more. I didn't really count how much I lost during these workouts. I'm going to start her other week plans once I'm finished with my other workouts 🎀
I FINALLY COMPLETED A ONE MONTH CHALLENGE!!! I'M OVER THE MOON!!! Ngl after the first week I got sick and and kind of skipped for a day and after that I honestly thought I'd get lazy and unmotivated and just quit the challenge and then after 3 months I'll be back to square one again. But!!! Surprisingly this one month challenge was not boring at all and I pushed all throughout the month which is honestly surprising!! As for any changes, there's no major changes till now just a bit toned legs and arms BUT I feel more confident and comfortable with my body and workout to stay fit and healthy rather than being insecure and workout just to impress others. I'm gonna restart this challenge from tomorrow again and I'll update any changes after I finish the 2nd month. Day 25: Completed✨

Madeleine, my girl those workouts are an absolute burn. I lost nearly like 4 inches of my waist.i literally hate doing weight lifting but you saved my ass from that. Well I did the 2 sets of the videos on the allotted day, which gave me the results much faster with proper diet meal plans the works best for me. It is a bit of disappointment that there are only 25 days instead of 30 till now. I hope everything is alright by your side, I know you are a busy women out there running our now apparel company and maybe a 9 to 5 job. So thank you for everything you are doing, I'm so great full to you Madeleine. Love you so much.
@@AfreenSheikh-d9f I don't mind sharing it. But, I don't recommend it though as it's not the healthiest option for dieting. It works for me as I needed to get in shape immediately as there were multiple event in my community. I opted for cutting a lot more than what was required, my nutritionist recommended 980 calories per day but I went for 480 calories per day and did water fasting for 4-days per week. I also took some supplements pills that are vitamin D, omega 3 fish oil, and instead of solid foods I went for liquid food mostly. I never eat after 5pm. Drank minimum a gallon of water. Please don't push yourself I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DIET as you get THE YOYO EFFECT of GAINING WEIGHT of what YOU LOST !!!!!!!

I cant believe I finished this one month plan! I’m so glad I pushed through, I thoroughly enjoyed all the workouts in this set plan. Honestly, really no changes in my body, but I do feel like I can do more than just a 10 minute workout and I also feel more flexible. Thanks Madeline!

Thank you so much! I weighed 152 when I started now I weigh 141. I’m more happy, more confident, and ready for the summer. Being consistent and having a good healthy diet works. I cut off sugar and bread, but had cheat days and still lost the weight with pilates
I finished this one month plan and let me tell you… I look great and I feel great. This has kickstarted my fitness journey and has helped me start getting active again. I have a disease called Ulcerative Colitis and don’t like to put too much pressure or stress on my body since it’s already on overdrive. This has helped me immensely. Thank you so much ❤

I can’t express how proud I am of myself for completing this plan! At first, it was really hard to keep up with the movements, and I used to skip a lot of workouts. But day by day, I started getting more flexible and began noticing changes in my body. My legs have become tighter, my stomach flatter, and my arms more toned than before. I also lost fat around my waist, and my glutes are more lifted. This is definitely not the end-it's just the beginning of my Pilates journey. Thank you, Madeleine!
Day 25 complete! It's the first time I've done a one month pilates workout plan and I'm pretty proud of myself for not skipping any days. I don't notice any physical changes in my body but I did built up the endurance to complete the workouts with no resting times and my form also got better. I also didn't repeat any videos so that may be the reason for me not getting abs or somethin😅 This definitely helped me out though with how stressed I've been feeling! Thanks for the one month plan!
25/25 My results! Omg thank you so much for these free Pilates videos I’m so grateful for you. I’m rectangle shaped, and these work outs has made me built a more curvier version. Lost about 10lbs (I do eat clean and am pretty active.) But the confidence and flexibility I have gained from these workouts!!!!! 🎀🎀🎀 my arms are more 90° & my thighs and overall legs look incredible. Will be doing this again!
I FINISHED THE CHALLENGE I have a more complete comment on day 1 But for peoples looking for results: calves are more toned, waist more defined, thighs also thinner. When I started the challenge I was feeling so exhausted from the workout but now it feels good (I still got the burn ) but I'm not dying and don't need more break time or anything so it's definitely helping my body outside physical appearance.

made it all the way through! :) for those starting on day one, the second week is the hardest to stay consistent. trust your body and you'll feel amazing :) dont expect drastic weight changes (diet+pilates i lost 5lbs) but do expect looking toned af

I am so proud to have completed this one month challenge! I have never been so consistant and comitted to a health practice until now and I am so happy. Physically, I have seen changes and growth, mentally I feel whole and spirited again, and overall I feel much better now than when I started. Madeleine I don't know what exactly it is that makes your channel so different and wholesome, but you have put out a wonderfull challenge and routine for many people! I love this whole month of workouts. What really helped me was that it was all different. I think it did help me by making my back fat a little smaller and it did define some back muscles. It made my stomach fat go down so it doesn't look big im a size 27 for reference but some fat doesnhang out but since doing these workouts it has gotten smaller fat hanging out. I did cut out some sweets and soda but I didn't count calories.
I have never been consistent about any workout plan until I started this one month plan. I almost gave up on doing it in day 2 but I remembered what I wanted from it. this is the first workout plan i've been motivated enough to finish and it has definitely paid off, i am stronger and more flexible, my body feels less stiff and i'm generally more agile i've noticed that my clothes fit better and i've even had some comments about my body changing as well, despite not dieting at all and needing two months instead of one to finish the plan it was extremely fun and i'm absolutely doing the new month plan madeleine is currently bringing out next thank you so much for these videos, they're amazing and a lot of fun, you've made me miss working out again ❤

I did this workout challenge until the end, and i'm so happy, I can't express how much... One year ago, i tried really hard losing weight, it wasn't healthy, it wasn't right, and my desesperation made me stopped another 1month Pilate challenge not even 10 days after. I'm so happy that i did it until the end, and i'm surprised that i can actually see some results ! I am trying to eat healthy, and there's one week when i did a small diet with a lot of fruits and barely no gluten. I lost 3kg and build some muscles, mixing this challenge with some gym and cardio workouts (it took me a bit more than one month to complete it). Now my arms show some muscles, my stomach is less bloated, my thighs are a bit thiner and my figure in itself is too ! I think that i'm going to do this plan again or just follow some videos to keep making progress, but this 1month plan really helps building a routine that is healthy and begginer friendly, that lead you slowly towards your goals ! Day 25 I can't believe I made it to the end of the challenge, my arms, waist, thighs is thinner and the way I can stretch my legs is much better before I wasn't able to put my legs fully up but now I can (not for too long) Ty for this workout
this was the perfect mixture of strength and stretch! i've yet to find a video that is comfortable enough to practice daily but with enough challenge that i can get stronger--ill def be coming back to this again, thanks madeleine
Sharing my experience to hopefully show more realistic results! I completed all 25 days (+daily walks) and I don't see any change. I was not overweight to begin, but I was expecting to get slightly toned which did not happen. For reference, my diet is great, no sugar, no junk food, plenty of protein and moderate portions. I do however feel happy and this series was a nice introduction to pilates, which I enjoyed, and will continue doing.

@@lilas_ym hahah I can tell you that there is a big difference but it’s also a diet that made an impact. I started eating healthier (no calorie counting) and it made me feel better etc. I think it didn’t get crazy big but definitely more toned and defined if that’s what you are looking for!
im done✅ im so happy that I can stand here and say that I finally finished this challenge 🎉 I lose 3km per week. I didn't control my diet much. But focus on exercise. I also did other things like 100 jumping jacks, 20*2 plank twists, 75 sit-ups and half an hour of cardio. This clip has also helped my body become more flexible. I love it.❤❤❤❤❤
Day 25/25..... I can't believe i was actually able to go through the entire workout especially after the 40 minute workout on day 2 but i finally made it. I've noticed so many changes in my body especially in terms of flexibility, stamina and resilience when I first started out i could barely do any of the exercises properly and had to stop and rest after each one but after about a week it became so much easier and I was able to do the workouts like it's breathing. This final stretch after the month of workouts felt so refreshing to my body like drinking water after a long hot sunny day. Thanks a lot Madeleine ! 💗

this is probably the first i finished an entire month plan ohmygod i feel so relieved and happy. I've certainly noticed changes in my mentality and also my body. my core is tighter and i get bloated less often there's still some fat though, when paired with a little cardio and calorie deficit it should be gone next time hh waiting for another one month plan ❤
I achieve the 25 days ! And let me 100% honest : I’m 172cm for 90kg. I didn’t change my diet, i don’t drink soda, and don’t even have 3 meals a day so I hoped for drastic change at first. I wanted to be SKI-NNY, you get it. If that’s what you’re aiming for at the end of the challenge then you’re not on the good path for a healthier life. At first, I was weighting myself every days to see if it changed, but nothing ? It started to get on my head "cause what do you mean I workout so much but no minus 1kg on the weight scale ?.." So I stopped and just did the workouts everyday. I missed one day (cause I was watching the Olympics waiting for Aya Nakamura)… But onto the real results : My body is TONED, there’s a huge different between video 1 and video 25. I was shaking, now I’m not feeling anything 😭 My body did get leaner, on my legs mostly, hips, and butt. And I feel like these efforts are not gonna be ruined by a random fast food crave. I want to add that I became constipated ? So I’m always bloated and I don’t have a concrete result for my belly… This august I’m gonna do Madeleine challenges again and do more efforts on my diet for the results to be more important. But beside the repetitive steps that were annoying me cause I’m impatient and I need to be distracted every 4 minutes, id say it’s a good start if you want to become healthier and more toned. ❤

Today i am starting with day one and feeling pretty motivated after reading about everyone here super excited and hope to finish after a month and come back to share the results😊 Day 2- done exhausted and pretty challenging barely finished and my wrists felt like snapping off. And i just realized my balance is messed up I barely had the balance for the first workout.
i didn't really take any pictures or measured myself but tbh i feel really good and productive after this workout series..it was my first time doing pilates and i was SOOO AMAZING!! I'll be doing her another workouts too coz they are so good! btw i do feel a lot slimmer than before, my obliques are much better than before and ny stomach is much toned.. I am truly grateful to find Madeleine..❤

All done!Here are my thoughts...So I did this pilates plan for 25 days straight, 0 rest days, 0 breaks the first time I've been this consistent. Overall I've become more productive while also walking almost every day for 1-1,5 hours or more and being more careful with my diet (with minimum or none chocolate intake). The first few days of the program I noticed I was feeling constipated (which I never experience) I'm guessing from dehydration. I was also bloated some days. My body is generally more toned. Specifically my abs are more visible, arms are maybe a bit thinner and shoulders feel more muscular. Legs are definitely thinner and more toned. Waist is surely smaller. All in all, I've gotten leaner. Now as far as the exercises go I will say they are very repetitive each day so depending on the focused area (lower/upper body, abs and waist etc) you should expect the same exercises. I was personally not a fan of this but I'm getting the routine aspect. The music was also very repetitive but this is less important just a fact I want to mention. The hardest exercises were the ones on all fours and the easiest the ones where you lay your back on the floor. Hardest day was definitely day 2, those 41 minutes take the throne just for the duration. The easiest probably the abs and waist and core days. I didn't lose weight personally maybe 1kg but that's abt it. Overall I'm happy I finished this plan as it has helped me on a more organised matter of getting more fit!
I just completed this workout challenge and I'm so proud of myself. Over the past few weeks I noticed that my arms were getting smaller and my legs weren't rubbing together as much. But I'm not done yet. I'm gonna keep going!

DONE. there were some days id not do them but always went back to catch up and managed to do them under a month either way. pilates are definitely worth it, i could immediately see results especially after the harder ones. personally, id see a difference in my torso (since thats where i first see the difference in my body when working out) but note that im a mesomorph which means i can lose & gain weight easily. i also did other workouts with these (hiit and weights), i couldve seen bigger differences but i struggle with over eating which is something im working on too. for anyone looking for motivation, just do it and dont think about how long it will take just focus on doing one every day, dont get discouraged if your results are not the same as others, just keep going. will definitely keep going, after a while they do become enjoyable :) (just a little rant lol)

I just finished this workout and I’m so grateful for it. Despite being someone who HATES working out and the whole routine of it, this kept me engaged throughout. I didn’t skip a SINGLE day. Thank you so much for putting it together. This has definitely improved my mobility and my bones no longer crack every time I move them 😂

@@sarajafar9306 Hey yes it improved my flexibility and mobility. My body was stiff and bones would crack all the time but it's stopped happening after following this workout. My core also got stronger :)

hi hi hi, i’ve officially finished this one month workout 🎉🎉 i’m feeling really healthy in my body and in my mind, i started to feel strong and i’m not looking bulky 🥹i’ve always struggled with ending up bulky or like a bodybuilder and it’s just not my preference at all, so i decided to try pilates and it is the best decision in my life!! so if anyone struggles with my situation pilates is your go to!! also it’s rarely for me to stick to a program this long and i’m so proud of myself and everyone here, i’ve been reading some comments when i was done with a days workout and this community is so nice and caring! love love love Madeleine, thank you so much for your work, i’m going to start your 2 weeks program tomorrow 🫶🏻🫶🏻

По изменениям точно ответить не могу т.к. изначально я довольно худая, но внешне видно что подтянулись бедра и попа. Талия тоже стала более ярко выраженной. Заметила что стала гораздо гибче чем до тренировки и так же многие упражнения которые давались мне с трудом вначале стали выполнятся легче. Я рада результату в конце концов это всего 20 мин в день не стоит ждать чего то сверестественного. Я пошла на это по большай части чтобы проверить себя)
was in the middle of doing this when i realized i already finished the entire 1 month plan cause the moves were already familiar, anw if youre here cause youre wondering if the plan works i am here to say you will definitely see a difference however dont expect a really drastic change as the entire thing is not really that intense for significant weight loss. i think this plan is suited more for people whose goal is to find a plan that will easily help them exercise everyday as this plan doesnt take much time each day but still burns everytime you do it

Completed the 1 month plan! I did not do any before/after measurements and tbh don't see any extreme changes with my body but this plan helped me mentally relax and be more consistent As someone who only did 10 days plans being consistent for a month is a wonderful thing. Going to complete her other weekly plans as well

Day 25 done! I'm really proud of myself for sticking to this routine. I haven't lost a pound during this plan (my diet wasn't so great due to some circumstances 🤫), but my body visibly changed. My arms and legs became leaner and maybe my posture improved a bit. Also I feel stronger now. I will try to change my diet and stick to calorie deficit for greater results in the future
I am so happy with results, before this workout i had bloated stomach and big thighs, when i my stomach used to be soooo bloated and now its way much smaller I AM SO HAPPY I CANT EXPLAIN i wasn't on a calorie deficit i just didn't take sugar, drank 2 litres a day, tried to move as much as possible and avoided sodas and chocolate. i am so happy, now when i eat im not bloated way i was before and i finally wear clothes i wanted to wear. I DEFINETLY RECCOMEND THIS WORKOUT THANK YOU SO MUCH MADELINE THIS WORKOUT WORKED BEST FOR ME!!!

@@rihabebentoura4880 I also just finished the 25 days. I didn’t notice much body changes but I didn’t change my eating habits which aren’t bad but I know they’re not great.
I did notice I felt lighter though not just in the work out but throughout the day and I’m able to move more balanced and quicker.
@@rihabebentoura4880I think that the one month workout is supposed to be something you do every month, which is why she did 25 days and not 30/31. I think that doing it every month and eating well will get the best results. But I also am on only day one so idk 😭

Yes ! I have seen more results doing this one month pilates with madeleine than when I was lifting weights. My stomach is less bloated. I only quit eating sugar or less consuming it.

I have completed the whole 25 days workout 😊 and loved it. I noticed amazing results and only did this workout. My goal was to get lean and toned. I noticed from the other comments that people would like to know the full results and plan, so here goes:
Lost a total of 18 pounds
Lost a total of 13 inches
Stomach-4 inches
Each arm-2 inches each
Face went down
Neck-1 inch
Each thigh-2 inches each
I cutback on sugar intake, 1 gallon of water, and did not eat after 7 pm. I also ate what I wanted to, but made sure to eat more fruits and vegetables daily.
I love my results and will be incorporating these workouts in, 2-3 times a week, since I want to build muscle I am going to do HIIT for 60 days and then come back to this 25 days challenge and do it again, to tone me up even more.

I FINALLY COMPLETED A ONE MONTH CHALLENGE!!! I'M OVER THE MOON!!! Ngl after the first week I got sick and and kind of skipped for a day and after that I honestly thought I'd get lazy and unmotivated and just quit the challenge and then after 3 months I'll be back to square one again. But!!! Surprisingly this one month challenge was not boring at all and I pushed all throughout the month which is honestly surprising!!
As for any changes, there's no major changes till now just a bit toned legs and arms BUT I feel more confident and comfortable with my body and workout to stay fit and healthy rather than being insecure and workout just to impress others. I'm gonna restart this challenge from tomorrow again and I'll update any changes after I finish the 2nd month.

Madeleine, my girl those workouts are an absolute burn. I lost nearly like 4 inches of my waist.i literally hate doing weight lifting but you saved my ass from that. Well I did the 2 sets of the videos on the allotted day, which gave me the results much faster with proper diet meal plans the works best for me. It is a bit of disappointment that there are only 25 days instead of 30 till now. I hope everything is alright by your side, I know you are a busy women out there running our now apparel company and maybe a 9 to 5 job. So thank you for everything you are doing, I'm so great full to you Madeleine. Love you so much.

@@AfreenSheikh-d9f I don't mind sharing it. But, I don't recommend it though as it's not the healthiest option for dieting. It works for me as I needed to get in shape immediately as there were multiple event in my community. I opted for cutting a lot more than what was required, my nutritionist recommended 980 calories per day but I went for 480 calories per day and did water fasting for 4-days per week. I also took some supplements pills that are vitamin D, omega 3 fish oil, and instead of solid foods I went for liquid food mostly. I never eat after 5pm. Drank minimum a gallon of water. Please don't push yourself I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DIET as you get THE YOYO EFFECT of GAINING WEIGHT of what YOU LOST !!!!!!!

stay in a calorie deficit, look up TDEE calculator on google and enter ur stats and it should give you your caloric needs for maintenance, cutting, and bulking (choose cutting)

I cant believe I finished this one month plan! I’m so glad I pushed through, I thoroughly enjoyed all the workouts in this set plan. Honestly, really no changes in my body, but I do feel like I can do more than just a 10 minute workout and I also feel more flexible. Thanks Madeline!

Thank you so much! I weighed 152 when I started now I weigh 141. I’m more happy, more confident, and ready for the summer. Being consistent and having a good healthy diet works. I cut off sugar and bread, but had cheat days and still lost the weight with pilates

I finished this one month plan and let me tell you… I look great and I feel great. This has kickstarted my fitness journey and has helped me start getting active again. I have a disease called Ulcerative Colitis and don’t like to put too much pressure or stress on my body since it’s already on overdrive. This has helped me immensely. Thank you so much ❤

I can’t express how proud I am of myself for completing this plan! At first, it was really hard to keep up with the movements, and I used to skip a lot of workouts. But day by day, I started getting more flexible and began noticing changes in my body. My legs have become tighter, my stomach flatter, and my arms more toned than before. I also lost fat around my waist, and my glutes are more lifted. This is definitely not the end-it's just the beginning of my Pilates journey. Thank you, Madeleine!
Day 25 complete! It's the first time I've done a one month pilates workout plan and I'm pretty proud of myself for not skipping any days. I don't notice any physical changes in my body but I did built up the endurance to complete the workouts with no resting times and my form also got better.
I also didn't repeat any videos so that may be the reason for me not getting abs or somethin😅
This definitely helped me out though with how stressed I've been feeling!

My results! Omg thank you so much for these free Pilates videos I’m so grateful for you. I’m rectangle shaped, and these work outs has made me built a more curvier version. Lost about 10lbs (I do eat clean and am pretty active.) But the confidence and flexibility I have gained from these workouts!!!!! 🎀🎀🎀 my arms are more 90° & my thighs and overall legs look incredible. Will be doing this again!

calves are more toned, waist more defined, thighs also thinner.
When I started the challenge I was feeling so exhausted from the workout but now it feels good (I still got the burn ) but I'm not dying and don't need more break time or anything so it's definitely helping my body outside physical appearance.

made it all the way through! :) for those starting on day one, the second week is the hardest to stay consistent. trust your body and you'll feel amazing :) dont expect drastic weight changes (diet+pilates i lost 5lbs) but do expect looking toned af

I am so proud to have completed this one month challenge! I have never been so consistant and comitted to a health practice until now and I am so happy. Physically, I have seen changes and growth, mentally I feel whole and spirited again, and overall I feel much better now than when I started. Madeleine I don't know what exactly it is that makes your channel so different and wholesome, but you have put out a wonderfull challenge and routine for many people! Im a nursing student and this fits right on schedule and has been a lifechanger for helping me become stronger during clinicals.

Did you lose weight?
I love this whole month of workouts. What really helped me was that it was all different. I think it did help me by making my back fat a little smaller and it did define some back muscles. It made my stomach fat go down so it doesn't look big im a size 27 for reference but some fat doesnhang out but since doing these workouts it has gotten smaller fat hanging out. I did cut out some sweets and soda but I didn't count calories.
I have never been consistent about any workout plan until I started this one month plan. I almost gave up on doing it in day 2 but I remembered what I wanted from it. this is the first workout plan i've been motivated enough to finish and it has definitely paid off, i am stronger and more flexible, my body feels less stiff and i'm generally more agile
i've noticed that my clothes fit better and i've even had some comments about my body changing as well, despite not dieting at all and needing two months instead of one to finish the plan
it was extremely fun and i'm absolutely doing the new month plan madeleine is currently bringing out next

One year ago, i tried really hard losing weight, it wasn't healthy, it wasn't right, and my desesperation made me stopped another 1month Pilate challenge not even 10 days after.
I'm so happy that i did it until the end, and i'm surprised that i can actually see some results !
I am trying to eat healthy, and there's one week when i did a small diet with a lot of fruits and barely no gluten. I lost 3kg and build some muscles, mixing this challenge with some gym and cardio workouts (it took me a bit more than one month to complete it). Now my arms show some muscles, my stomach is less bloated, my thighs are a bit thiner and my figure in itself is too !
I think that i'm going to do this plan again or just follow some videos to keep making progress, but this 1month plan really helps building a routine that is healthy and begginer friendly, that lead you slowly towards your goals !

Day 25 I can't believe I made it to the end of the challenge, my arms, waist, thighs is thinner and the way I can stretch my legs is much better before I wasn't able to put my legs fully up but now I can (not for too long) Ty for this workout
this was the perfect mixture of strength and stretch! i've yet to find a video that is comfortable enough to practice daily but with enough challenge that i can get stronger--ill def be coming back to this again, thanks madeleine

Sharing my experience to hopefully show more realistic results! I completed all 25 days (+daily walks) and I don't see any change. I was not overweight to begin, but I was expecting to get slightly toned which did not happen. For reference, my diet is great, no sugar, no junk food, plenty of protein and moderate portions. I do however feel happy and this series was a nice introduction to pilates, which I enjoyed, and will continue doing.
FINISHEDDD 🎉 so proud of everyone! Did it the 2nd time and definitely see difference! My waist is more snatched and my butt is more defined and my stomach got flatter! @@lilas_ym hahah I can tell you that there is a big difference but it’s also a diet that made an impact. I started eating healthier (no calorie counting) and it made me feel better etc. I think it didn’t get crazy big but definitely more toned and defined if that’s what you are looking for!
im done✅ im so happy that I can stand here and say that I finally finished this challenge 🎉 I lose 3km per week. I didn't control my diet much. But focus on exercise. I also did other things like 100 jumping jacks, 20*2 plank twists, 75 sit-ups and half an hour of cardio. This clip has also helped my body become more flexible. I love it.❤❤❤❤❤
Day 25/25..... I can't believe i was actually able to go through the entire workout especially after the 40 minute workout on day 2 but i finally made it. I've noticed so many changes in my body especially in terms of flexibility, stamina and resilience when I first started out i could barely do any of the exercises properly and had to stop and rest after each one but after about a week it became so much easier and I was able to do the workouts like it's breathing. This final stretch after the month of workouts felt so refreshing to my body like drinking water after a long hot sunny day. Thanks a lot Madeleine ! 💗

Honestly I'm so proud of myself, this is the first time that I've done one of these workout challenges until the end.
Even though I didn't have the healthiest eating habits during the challenge I can see that my stomach is more defined, my legs are more toned and butt is plumper.
I’ve genuinely noticed a difference following this for the last month and overall your workouts are so great and effective!!! ❤
Can I ask what kind of difference are you noticed? I want to start this challenge and I want to know is it really work.

this is probably the first i finished an entire month plan ohmygod i feel so relieved and happy. I've certainly noticed changes in my mentality and also my body. my core is tighter and i get bloated less often there's still some fat though, when paired with a little cardio and calorie deficit it should be gone next time hh waiting for another one month plan ❤
I achieve the 25 days ! And let me 100% honest :
I’m 172cm for 90kg.
I didn’t change my diet, i don’t drink soda, and don’t even have 3 meals a day so I hoped for drastic change at first.
I wanted to be SKI-NNY, you get it. If that’s what you’re aiming for at the end of the challenge then you’re not on the good path for a healthier life.
At first, I was weighting myself every days to see if it changed, but nothing ?
It started to get on my head "cause what do you mean I workout so much but no minus 1kg on the weight scale ?.."
So I stopped and just did the workouts everyday. I missed one day (cause I was watching the Olympics waiting for Aya Nakamura)…
But onto the real results :
My body is TONED, there’s a huge different between video 1 and video 25. I was shaking, now I’m not feeling anything 😭
My body did get leaner, on my legs mostly, hips, and butt. And I feel like these efforts are not gonna be ruined by a random fast food crave.
I want to add that I became constipated ? So I’m always bloated and I don’t have a concrete result for my belly…
This august I’m gonna do Madeleine challenges again and do more efforts on my diet for the results to be more important. But beside the repetitive steps that were annoying me cause I’m impatient and I need to be distracted every 4 minutes, id say it’s a good start if you want to become healthier and more toned.

i finished one month! thank you so much for creating this 1 month pilates plan, to be honest these videos have made me feel nicer and this is the first time in years that I've always looked forward to do the next video and workout each day! I can't wait to do it again for another month!
Today i am starting with day one and feeling pretty motivated after reading about everyone here super excited and hope to finish after a month and come back to share the results😊
Day 2- done exhausted and pretty challenging barely finished and my wrists felt like snapping off. And i just realized my balance is messed up I barely had the balance for the first workout.
plan complete!!!!!! i am so happy with the results!!!! my stomach is much smaller and i have LOVED every minute of these workouts.

i didn't really take any pictures or measured myself but tbh i feel really good and productive after this workout series..it was my first time doing pilates and i was SOOO AMAZING!! I'll be doing her another workouts too coz they are so good! btw i do feel a lot slimmer than before, my obliques are much better than before and ny stomach is much toned.. I am truly grateful to find Madeleine..❤

It’s kinda sad to see how many people started this journey (over 1 mil) but so many didn’t actually make it till the end😢 so if you’re on day one believe in yourself it will get difficult but after day 2 nothing will challenge you anymore

Thus workout absolutely I wasn't following any diet tried lessing my food tho, so for that reason the scale didn't change BUT I swear my belly fat lessened and I could see absolutely line forming , tysm madeline for this my first workout plan ever luv u , congratulations to everyone for making it to the end I'm so proud of us ❤❤❤ guys for who r checking if this works or not IT DOES!

All done!Here are my thoughts...So I did this pilates plan for 25 days straight, 0 rest days, 0 breaks the first time I've been this consistent. Overall I've become more productive while also walking almost every day for 1-1,5 hours or more and being more careful with my diet (with minimum or none chocolate intake). The first few days of the program I noticed I was feeling constipated (which I never experience) I'm guessing from dehydration. I was also bloated some days. My body is generally more toned. Specifically my abs are more visible, arms are maybe a bit thinner and shoulders feel more muscular. Legs are definitely thinner and more toned. Waist is surely smaller. All in all, I've gotten leaner. Now as far as the exercises go I will say they are very repetitive each day so depending on the focused area (lower/upper body, abs and waist etc) you should expect the same exercises. I was personally not a fan of this but I'm getting the routine aspect. The music was also very repetitive but this is less important just a fact I want to mention. The hardest exercises were the ones on all fours and the easiest the ones where you lay your back on the floor. Hardest day was definitely day 2, those 41 minutes take the throne just for the duration. The easiest probably the abs and waist and core days. I didn't lose weight personally maybe 1kg but that's abt it. Overall I'm happy I finished this plan as it has helped me on a more organised matter of getting more fit!
I just completed this workout challenge and I'm so proud of myself. Over the past few weeks I noticed that my arms were getting smaller and my legs weren't rubbing together as much. But I'm not done yet. I'm gonna keep going!

I DID IT! I am really thankful to Madeline, she do the best work outs I have ever seen! My body is much more fit and elastic now💓

DONE. there were some days id not do them but always went back to catch up and managed to do them under a month either way. pilates are definitely worth it, i could immediately see results especially after the harder ones. personally, id see a difference in my torso (since thats where i first see the difference in my body when working out) but note that im a mesomorph which means i can lose & gain weight easily. i also did other workouts with these (hiit and weights), i couldve seen bigger differences but i struggle with over eating which is something im working on too. for anyone looking for motivation, just do it and dont think about how long it will take just focus on doing one every day, dont get discouraged if your results are not the same as others, just keep going. will definitely keep going, after a while they do become enjoyable :)

im doing this plan third time now, i dont regret it. ive swapped to healthy eating and started running, so far i lost 15,7kg! im shocked as it only been not full 3 months

day 25/25: done !! can't believe i managed to stay consistent for almost a month, yay !! after doing this whole plan; my body has become more stronger, my stomach got a bit flatter, my thighs became thinner, and i'm more confident and happy now

I just finished this workout and I’m so grateful for it. Despite being someone who HATES working out and the whole routine of it, this kept me engaged throughout. I didn’t skip a SINGLE day. Thank you so much for putting it together. This has definitely improved my mobility and my bones no longer crack every time I move them 😂

@@sarajafar9306 Hey yes it improved my flexibility and mobility. My body was stiff and bones would crack all the time but it's stopped happening after following this workout. My core also got stronger :)

hi hi hi, i’ve officially finished this one month workout 🎉🎉 i’m feeling really healthy in my body and in my mind, i started to feel strong and i’m not looking bulky 🥹i’ve always struggled with ending up bulky or like a bodybuilder and it’s just not my preference at all, so i decided to try pilates and it is the best decision in my life!! so if anyone struggles with my situation pilates is your go to!! also it’s rarely for me to stick to a program this long and i’m so proud of myself and everyone here, i’ve been reading some comments when i was done with a days workout and this community is so nice and caring! love love love Madeleine, thank you so much for your work, i’m going to start your 2 weeks program tomorrow 🫶🏻🫶🏻

По изменениям точно ответить не могу т.к. изначально я довольно худая, но внешне видно что подтянулись бедра и попа. Талия тоже стала более ярко выраженной. Заметила что стала гораздо гибче чем до тренировки и так же многие упражнения которые давались мне с трудом вначале стали выполнятся легче. Я рада результату в конце концов это всего 20 мин в день не стоит ждать чего то сверестественного. Я пошла на это по большай части чтобы проверить себя)
was in the middle of doing this when i realized i already finished the entire 1 month plan cause the moves were already familiar, anw if youre here cause youre wondering if the plan works i am here to say you will definitely see a difference however dont expect a really drastic change as the entire thing is not really that intense for significant weight loss. i think this plan is suited more for people whose goal is to find a plan that will easily help them exercise everyday as this plan doesnt take much time each day but still burns everytime you do it

I did not do any before/after measurements and tbh don't see any extreme changes with my body but this plan helped me mentally relax and be more consistent

Day 25 done! I'm really proud of myself for sticking to this routine. I haven't lost a pound during this plan (my diet wasn't so great due to some circumstances 🤫), but my body visibly changed. My arms and legs became leaner and maybe my posture improved a bit. Also I feel stronger now. I will try to change my diet and stick to calorie deficit for greater results in the future
