Day 19!!! I'm not a flexible girl and I've always wanted to be, so, when I do this kind of workouts, I always suffer because I'm stiff as wood, but I'm also happy because I can work on my mobility and flexibility! Let's go, on to day 20!

Came back to day 19 after a two weeks of a break because of hectic exams. My muscles weren’t stiff after the workout and I was fully refreshed. Thank you so much Miss Madeleine ❤
Owch! This one hurt a lot and I had to modify a bunch of the moves at the start as I’m unable to put my hands flat on the floor while standing but I think I did a good job! And I feel super loose after this one so it did a good job of relaxing my body lol!!! 💞
I had really bad period cramps today and tbh I was really very close to skipping today but I thought if I could bear 14 hours in school then why can't I in just a 20 minute workout! So yeah I eventually finished it and surprisingly my cramps are gone now and I had very much fun doing those streching even though I'm not flexible at all!!! But it was sooo good!!! When i saw stretching, i already knew i was dead. These streches are my nightmares during my time in taekwondo.. 😂 I'm gonna do two worth of pilates today, so i can restart to a new pilates plan more quick
this was quite a challenge for me. I really want to try and add this stretch routine to my everyday pilates routine. I'm really excited to see the results abd how i will be feeling at the end of the month ❤❤

Hi Madeleine! Could you maybe start including verbal cues in your workouts? It's easier to follow along when not having to strain the neck to see what's going on
All love for madeleine, this is your reminder that when you are doing these workouts, you should be slowly moving your body, in the case of Pilates it’s very important move steadily and slowly, and overall it just makes you enjoy the movement more. 😊
