Ever since child birth my lower back had a permeating ache and this wonderful practice along with breath has released it completely! Thank you and namaste.
I'm going through cancer treatment which makes my joints all stiff, and yesterday I had a biopsy, so through that world of sadness your help shines through, and makes me feel the light of easy movement. I'm so grateful! I'm alive and feeling good!

Thank you for such a lovely practice. After years of yoga practice and recently using your TH-cam lessons, today I felt something very especial. After Shavasana, you said roll to you your side of choice. I roll to my left side , it felt so good. Then I realized that I often rolled to right in the past. I am left handed person and following the choice of my body felt very good. Thank you for presenting me this awareness.

Really nice class - I love so many of your hips/low back therapeutic yoga classes. And boy oh boy, when you put me on the block close to the end & we did pigeon & then you had me stretch my legs out straight, my hip flexors were in love with you! Thanks Paula Lay; another winner class!
