    So nice to do while recovering from Covid! I love Paula's videos so much! The only thing I'd recommend here is it wasn't really full body, it really just focused on lower body.

    I've done this one countless times now, usually late in the evening. I love an intense practice sometimes, but this is my favorite yoga video these days, because when I'm feeling crummy, I know I can still usually move through these poses on my back and it always shifts things for the better. Thanks Paula.

    I love this to start my mornings when I only have enough energy to roll out of bed, perfect to loosen me up and get going. Then often I go directly into another, like your 20 min upper body refresh. Feel so much better after, both physically and emotionally. Thank you! Don’t know what I’d do without you!! 💞

    Just want to thank you for yoga that is a bit more gentle and not a lot of body contorting, lol. I have been in pain for 30 years. I think I might have ankylosing spondylitis. However, there have been many tendon tears in my body and so many problems. And this yoga you have created is the best yoga I've ever found. And I've been trying yoga for more than 20 y thank you so much your yoga helped so much with pain and everything. Any of the yoga videos are just a little bit too overextending for when you first wake up but not yours.
